La rimando in riparazione.. torna come prima. Inutilizzabile. Non solo ho comprato una barra nuova e mi è arrivata usata in una custodia nuova, con codici diversi. Non hanno emesso regolare fattura nonostante sollecito e raccomandata e si rifiutano di riprendere la merce come previsto dalla legge. Inoltre hanno fatto andare il mio dipendente in negozio dicendo che erano aperti e il negozio era chiuso, oggi pomeriggio. Ho avvisato le autorità competenti e li denuncerò. La legge prevede il diritto di recesso per acquisti online con rimborso completo.Mi hanno venduto una barra usata per nuova,incredibile. Non rispondono alle mails per iscritto e alle raccomandate, non rispettano le norme e non rilasciano documenti fiscali validi . Ho tutti i video delle condizioni della motosega.Non fidatevi.
