Riconfermo quanto sopra scritto, é vero che non avevo scontrino fiscale, ma mi é stato detto che era impossibile che avessi acquistato lí quel barattolo di pittura con l'etichetta del loro negozio e con la data 2017, quando vi ero stato 3 giorni prima per la prima volta. Quindi per il loro addetto alle pitture ero uno che voleva fare il furbo quando vendono evidentemente prodotti vecchi e non hanno idea di come é gestito un negozio simile in una grande cittá, consiglio al proprietario di informarsi invece di rispondere sostenendo che i clienti trattati male sono "bugiardi". Negozio da evitare, c'è molto meglio in giro, soprattutto per cortesia ed educazione.

I confirm the above, it is true that I had no receipt, but I was told that it was impossible for me to buy that can of paint with the label of their shop and with the date 2017, when I had been there 3 days before for first time. So for their paint shop clerk I was one who wanted to be smart when they obviously sell old products and have no idea how a similar store is run in a big city, I advise the owner to inquire instead of answering arguing that badly treated customers are "liars". Shop to avoid, there is much better around, especially for courtesy and education.
