 I was asked what I had to do, I did my half hour in a row between inside and outside, when I arrived at the counter a guy rudely dismisses me with two words saying that it cannot be done. Experience to forget and ... I am a customer ... not anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, entro con il locale vuoto ed il commesso/proprietario (non so) era girato di spalle a giocare con lo smartphone. Sono passati due minuti di orologio prima che si girasse a chiedere quello che volevo senza nemmeno salutare.

Bad experience, I enter the empty room and the salesman / owner (I don't know) was turned from behind playing with the smartphone. Two minutes passed before he turned to ask what I wanted without even saying hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre il top. Se vedi un prodotto da loro significa che puoi fidarti, perché è un buon prodotto. L'assistenza per ciò che riguarda chiavi codificate e vernici per carrozzeria è il massimo. Mi servo da loro da diversi anni, mai avuto un problema, sempre un servizio perfetto.
Always the top. If you see a product from them it means you can trust them, because it is a good product. The assistance with regard to coded keys and bodywork paints is the best. I've been using them for several years, never had a problem, always perfect service.

Sono entrato ma sembrava che io non esistessi, e nonostante io abbia fatto notare la mia presenza non mi hanno degnato di attenzione; dopo di me sono entrati altri clienti (probabilmente abituali) li servivano, e a me… niente. Essere trattati così in un esercizio commerciale è veramente fastidiosissimo.
Non ci entrerò mai più in vita mia e suggerirei a chiunque di non metterci piede, non meritano altro che il fallimento.
Incredible lack of regard for the customer.
I went in but it seemed that I did not exist, and although I made my presence known, they did not pay me any attention; after me other customers (probably regulars) came in and served them, and to me ... nothing. Being treated like this in a business is really annoying.
I will never go into it again in my life and I would advise anyone not to set foot there, they deserve nothing but failure.
