A me per un sifone del lavandino ,spazientito subito dopo 2 minuti o meno :"non posso mica stare qui tutto il giorno"! ho speso 4 volte quello de cliente precedente, ma si come sono donna.......... the male customer 10 minutes or more, to choose and choose bolts and screws. Arrivo alle 17.50 dal ferramenta dopo avere camminato per 15 minuti a piedi appositamente per raggiungerlo (avevo visto su google che chiudeva alle 18.30). Il proprietario chiacchierava con un persona all’entrata e non mi ha fatto nemmeno entrare. In modo molto scortese mi ha detto che lui aveva già chiuso, né ha avuto la premura di chiedere almeno di cosa avessi bisogno. Mi ha mandato dall’altro ferramenta (altri 10 minuti a piedi). Capisco che a volte ci sia l’esigenza di chiudere prima per urgenze o altro, ma non si trattano cosi i clienti, è poco professionale. Bocciato.
