★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo pomeriggio prima di presentarmi in ferramenta chiamo per sapere se offrono assistenza per duplicare un telecomando per cancelli, il tipo mi risponde certo, possiamo guardarci in più mi aggiunge che nel caso lui vende anche telecomandi volendo prenderlo nuovo se il mio non funzionasse, ma con molta tranquillità gli spiego che ho già altri telecomandi quindi non mi serve acquistarne un o nuovo.
Arrivo in ferramenta neanche li guarda i telecomandi che mi dice che non si può fare nulla.. ! Detto ciò ovviamente sono andata via, ma da parte sua è stato sgarbato perché poteva dirmi da subito che non si sarebbe impegnato.
