They delivered the goods 12 days late and after a month they asked me to pay again via whapp with a message sent to me at 11.00 pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato guanti da 3 settimane dopo una settimana ricevo una telefonata da parte di metalmix che mi avvisano che i guanti non sono disponibili ed arriveranno in settimana ed in piu danno certezza al 100% della disponibilità. Oggi 4 dicembre ricevo una email che mi avvisano:il tuo ordine e stato cancellato,complimenti avete una professionalità uguale a zero.
Ordered gloves for 3 weeks after a week I receive a call from metalmix informing me that the gloves are not available and will arrive in the week and in addition they give 100% certainty of availability. Today 4 December I receive an email informing me: your order has been canceled, congratulations you have a professionalism equal to zero.

In più la persona di loro contattata per telefono utilizzando il numero presente sul sito web ha risposto entrambe le volte ed è stata gentilissima consigliandomi per un acquisto. Veramente impeccabili, da raccomandare!
I got to place two orders with them and they were flawless. In addition, the person contacted by phone using the number on the website answered both times and was very kind advising me for a purchase. Truly flawless, to be recommended!

In September I ordered a replacement for 2.99 euros plus 7 euros for shipping and to date I have not yet received the piece despite 2 reminders by email and 3 by telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo che l'organizzazione e il fu sito non sono/erano dei migliori. Hanno fatto diversi errori nell'ordine doppio di 500 euro che avevo fatto, con l'attenuante che i due ordini fatti attaccati erano molto complicati e prolissi. L'altra attenuante è che poi hanno chiuso l'e-commerce, quindi qualche problema è stato riconosciuto da loro stessi. Il rimborso parziale per gli oggetti mancanti è tardato ad arrivare, ma poi me lo hanno inviato fidandosi dei miei conteggi al centesimo. Quindi sono disorganizzati, ma onesti. Se posso consigliare, se aspettate un rimborso, chiamateli al numero Whatsapp.
I confirm that the organization and the site are not / were the best. They made several mistakes in the double order of 500 euros I had made, with the mitigation that the two orders placed attached were very complicated and long-winded. The other extenuating circumstance is that they then closed the e-commerce, so some problems were recognized by themselves. Partial refund for missing items was late in coming, but then they sent it to me trusting my penny bills. So they are disorganized, but honest. If I can advise, if you are waiting for a refund, call them on the Whatsapp number.
