Ho acquistato le mensole su misura e mi sono arrivate imballate malissimo, tutte sporche, pasticciate di matita, completamente ammaccate in vari punti, con tutti i segni di colla nelle zone del taglio e ovviamente il taglio su misura rifinito malissimo e scheggiato. Ho segnalato immediatamente l'accaduto all'azienda e invece che scusarsi dell'accaduto e procedere come le GRANDI AZIENDE FANNO e cioè venire a riprendere il prodotto e propormi le soluzioni classiche come il reso denaro o la sostituzione del prodotto, mi hanno detto, anche in maniera MOLTO sgarbata, che per gentile concessione potevano emettere il reso solo dopo aver ricevuto le mensole indietro e che avrei dovuto IO pagare le spese di spedizione. Tra l'altro mi sono fidata di acquistare guardando le recensioni del loro sito, che ovviamente sono finte e che devono approvarle loro prima di pubblicarle, quindi una presa in giro a tutti gli effetti! Non esiste dover pagare per un danno che non è stato causato dal cliente, ma da loro! NON FIDATEVI DI ACQUISTARE IN QUESTO SITO nessun prodotto, perché malauguratamente dovesse arrivarvi rotto, guasto o con qualche difetto dovrete pagare voi per riavere i vostri soldi indietro o la sostituzione.
