Ein geschulter Blick von Mario, dem Inhaber, ein kurzer Gang in das Materiallager, und schon hatte er die passende Schraube gefunden. Äußerst kompetent! Nachdem er mir dann auch noch einen Schraubenzieher zum Montieren mitbrachte, dachte ich mir: Was für ein Service! Und am Ende wollte er für die zwei Schräubchen noch nicht einmal Geld annehmen! Super Typ! Wenn wir davon ein paar mehr auf der Welt hätten, hätten wir deutlich weniger Probleme! 100% Empfehlung! I was looking for a small screw for our racing bike cleats. A trained look from Mario, the owner, a short walk into the material warehouse, and he had found the right screw. Extremely competent! After he brought me a screwdriver to assemble, I thought to myself: What a service! And in the end he didn't even want to accept any money for the two screws! Great guy! If we had a few more in the world, we would have significantly fewer problems! 100% recommendation!
