SHARA e non trovando adeguata assistenza in zona, ho iniziato a cercare in rete chi potesse aiutarmi a risolvere il guasto. Ho visionato dapprima alcuni video tutorial su you tube sul loro canale, molto curati sia per praticità che per chiarezza, ma avendo altri dubbi li ho contattati (nello specifico il signor Luciano) per risolvere alcune anomalie di funzionamento della mia stufa. La disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata, considerato che abito a Torino e che quindi l'assistenza si è svolta praticamente solo tramite telefonate/video chiamate, fanno della Ferramenta Iacconi una rarità assoluta, praticamente ti interfacci con persone che ti sembra di conoscere da una vita e che si mettono subito a disposizione per risolvere insieme il guasto. Mai incontrato persone così. Seppur distanti saranno di sicuro un mio punto di riferimento per problematiche afferenti il loro settore. Provare per credere. Mi sono imbattuta in un problema con la mia stufa, e sono stata assistita a distanza molto meglio di quanto avesse fatto il mio tecnico "di fiducia" in loco. Ho trovato eccezionale la disponibilità nello spiegare il funzionamento del prodotto, perché potrebbe dare un certo problema e come si può risolvere. Ho trovato persone di altissima competenza e disponibilità. Peccato che abito in Veneto non sono vicina, credo che Persone così ce ne siano veramente molto poche. Complimenti super Bravi.
