★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema, pensavo di risolverlo da loro, a causa della poca pazienza del proprietario sfociata anche nella maleducazione ho preferito rivolgermi altrove. Così facendo non solo ho risolto il problema ma sono stato anche gentilmente assistito durante tutto il processo.
Speravo fosse a causa di una brutta giornata (che comunque non giustificherebbe nulla) ma leggendo le recensioni assumo che magari queste brutte giornate occorrano più spesso del previsto.
I had a problem, I thought I would solve it by them, due to the owner's lack of patience which also resulted in rudeness, I preferred to go elsewhere. By doing so I not only solved the problem but I was also kindly assisted throughout the process.
I was hoping it was due to a bad day (which would not justify anything anyway) but reading the reviews I assume that maybe these bad days happen more often than expected.

Ci torno una seconda volta, trovo una persona tra i 50 e i 60 che mi risponde in modo piccato e maleducato. Se non l'ho mandato a quel paese, è solo perché sono rimasto spiazzato. Un consiglio, pensionatelo!
Of a unique rudeness. I made a copy of the scooter key, served by a neat young guy. I go back there a second time, I find a person between 50 and 60 who responds to me in a piquant and rude way. If I didn't send him to that country, it's only because I was blown away. One piece of advice, retire it!

I bought a piece for my shower and the next day I return to take it back as it was not the right piece they suggest, but they force me to buy another things as they do not want to give my money back! Do not make a mistake to go there at all
