★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What can I say, Erika @ Chimifer went above and beyond what she had to and far more than anyone else even tried to help assist me in buying some kitchen unit handles.
My property was built and designed by an Italian company, which has proven tricky in finding spare items in the UK......particularly since Brexit.
I emailed every Italian supplier of the manufacturer, and Erika was the only person willing and able to assist. Once i purchased the items, i then had the incredible hassle of dealing with UPS to ship the handles to the UK. This would not have been possible without Erika speaking direct to UPS italy, as i got nowhere with UPS UK, Italy or online.
The assistance from Erika was really appreciated, and should mean i have use of my kitchen for several more years yet. The delivery took almost 4 weeks instead of 5 days but would never have happened without her intervention. Thank you ?
