Dovevo acquistare un utensile che avrei usato forse due volte; Vincenzo mi ha invece indirizzato verso la soluzione migliore, addirittura assicurandosi del risultato chiamandomi personalmente al telefono!! It is not often that you find merchants who advise you for the best even at the expense of their earnings. I had to buy a tool that I would use maybe twice; Vincenzo instead directed me towards the best solution, even making sure of the result by calling me personally on the phone !! Great and thanks!
