★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cameriere molto cortese e preparato mi ha suggerito la "pinza" versione romana della pizza che prevede una base ovale meno spianata in fase di preparazione. Ne risulta un impasto più soffice. Ottimo consiglio! La birra rossa Leffe alla spina vale la 5ta stella!
The very courteous and prepared waiter suggested the "pinza" Roman version of the pizza which provides an oval base less flattened during preparation. The result is a softer dough. Good advice! Leffe red beer on tap is worth the 5th star!
