★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizze (provate con impasto "normale") ECCEZIONALI!!!!! Qualità degli ingredienti, consistenza dell'impasto perfetta. Mai mangiata una pizza più buona qui a Roma! Anche le patatine dippers buonissime! (ah.. E prezzi molto più che onesti!)

Pizzas (try with "normal" dough) EXCEPTIONAL !!!!! Quality of ingredients, perfect dough consistency. Never had a better pizza here in Rome! The fries dippers are also yummy! (ah .. And much more than fair prices!)
I don't give up anymore !!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza molto buona, probabilmente la migliore nel quartiere africano. Anche supplì e crocchette di patate ottime. Ormai la pizza al piatto la ordino sempre qui. Il menù 2 pizze + 2 supplì + 2 crocchette + bevanda a 16€ inoltre è conveniente. Solo asporto e domicilio, se avesse anche posti a sedere sarebbe sempre pieno.
Very good pizza, probably the best in the African quarter. Also excellent supplì and potato croquettes. Nowadays I always order pizza to the plate here. The menu 2 pizzas + 2 supplì + 2 croquettes + drink for 16 € is also convenient. Only take away and home, if it also had seats it would always be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente serata no per il pizzaiolo. Pizze troppo cotte per metà e metà troppo poco cotte, forse si è dimenticato di girarle...? Un vero peccato perché sarebbero state ottime. C'è, però, da migliorare sui fritti: soprattutto su quello alla gricia che era più un cacio e pepe con riso troppo cotto e sul fiore, decisamente troppo unto. Le premesse ci sono tutte, manca forse un po' di rodaggio? Sicuramente darò un'altra occasione.
Probably not an evening for the pizza chef. Half overcooked pizzas and half undercooked half, maybe you forgot to turn them ...? A real shame because they would have been great. There is, however, to be improved on fried foods: especially on the gricia one which was more of a cheese and pepper with overcooked rice and on the flower, definitely too greasy. The conditions are all there, maybe a little running-in is missing? I will definitely give it another chance.
