Il 17 maggio mi rispondono che il prezzo è aumentato a 300 euro per l'applicazione del listino di maggio. Chiedo spiegazioni e confermo lo stesso l'acquisto chiedendo l'IBAN per il pagamento. Mi rispondono oggi 18 maggio affermando che il prezzo è aumentato dal giorno 6 maggio e che adesso è di 321 euro. Tutto documentabile con foto ed email. Devono fare pace con loro stessi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2 mesi dall’ultima recensione modifico scrivendo che i signori del negozio continuano a rispondere dicendo che hanno cambiato il pezzo, ma io a distanza di quasi un anno non ho notizie da nessuno, scrivono che hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarmi, ma non ho mai visto un servizio più scadente, scrivono che non ho usato bene un barbecue, e quanti modi ci sono per usare un barbecue? Semplicemente un prodotto scadente.
Ho ordinato un barbecue da loro, mi si è rovinato dopo 2 volte che l’ho utilizzato ho contattato il servizio clienti per farmi spedire il pezzo siccome ancora in garanzia. Mi hanno fatto aspettare 8 mesi dicendo che c’erano ritardi, e l’ultima volta che ho scritto per avere informazioni, mi hanno bloccato! Devo dire molto professionale da parte loro.
E’ possibile che un barbecue dopo averlo usato due volte venga via la vernice da sopra il coperchio? Io aspetto ancora dopo 8 mesi il

After 2 months from the last review I modify by writing that the gentlemen of the shop continue to respond saying that they have changed the piece, but after almost a year I have no news from anyone, they write that they have done everything to help me, but I have not ever seen poorer service, they write that I didn't use a barbecue well, and how many ways are there to use a barbecue? Simply a poor product.
I ordered a barbecue from them, it got ruined after I used it twice, I contacted customer service to have the piece sent to me as it is still under warranty. They made me wait 8 months saying there were delays, and the last time I wrote for information, they blocked me! I have to say very professional of them.

Non sono un fan di Amazon,ma arrivato a questo punto dopo che ho perso 39 euro non comprerò più su eBay e da voi.
