L'assistenza sta provvedendo alla risoluzione dei problemi, e Cima Elettrodomestici non ci ha aiutato minimamente lavandosene le mani e scaricando l'incombenza all'assistenza, quando poi avrebbe dovuto fare almeno da intermediario tra cliente e assistenza. Sconsigliato e inaffidabile Out of 8 products purchased at the store, 3 do not work. Ho molto apprezzato che mi abbiano detto il prezzo telefonicamente. Pro: assortimento, prezzo, professionalità, facilmente raggiungibile. Contro: chiuso il sabato pomeriggio. Abbiamo avuto modo di parlare direttamente con il proprietario Antonio, e dobbiamo dire che è, diversamente da quanto letto in altre recensioni, una persona gentilissima e professionale in modo straordinario, umile e alla mano, anche dopo 4 mesi, abbiamo chiesto una piccola info, ed è stato ancora più gentile... bhe che dire, esperienza positivissima...CONSIGLIATISSIMO PS.prezzi assolutamente convenientissimi??? Alla fine nessuno ha riconosciuto i danni, quindi ho perso i miei soldi! They sent me a broken 3-part sink. When I made the claim, they didn't want to take on the problem, as they blamed the delivery ones. In the end no one recognized the damage, so I lost my money!

La consegna ha richiesto più tempo del previsto, ma fortunatamente la mia cucina sarebbe stata costruita 1 mese dopo. Quando alla fine ho disimballato il lavandino, ho scoperto che era INCRINATO in 3 punti ed è letteralmente inutilizzabile. La confezione non aveva una sola ammaccatura, quindi FAB Appliances me l'ha inviato in questo modo rotto. Ora incolpano la DHL per questo e ovviamente non si prendono alcuna colpa in questa materia. Poiché DHL fornisce la garanzia solo subito dopo la consegna, mi hanno detto che non si assumono alcuna responsabilità e mi offrono uno sconto. Mi aspettavo di più da un "negozio di alta qualità", questo non è un articolo di produzione di massa. Since DHL only give warranty directly after delivery, they told me they don't take any responsibility and offer me a discount. I expected more from a "high quality store", this is not a mass production item. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered a sink with them, nice design and material.
