Il rossetto era chiaramente usato, lo hanno preso e mi hanno fatto stare in quarto d'ora alla cassa come una ladra. Chiesi più volte di guardare le telecamere ma fui ignorata. Non riuscendo a provare nulla mi restituirono il mio rossetto e mi lasciarono andare senza scusarsi!!! Cafoni, Maleducati e non all altezza di gestire la situazione.
Shop provided but bad staff! I was wrongfully accused of shoplifting. I had my lipstick in my bag and when I leave the shop I play. The lipstick was clearly used, they took it and made me stand in the quarter of an hour like a thief. I asked several times to look at the cameras but was ignored. Failing to prove anything, they returned my lipstick and let me go without apologizing !!! Cafoni, Maleducati and not up to handle the situation.
