M	Max max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistate 2 tende da sole da Leroy di Marcon in tempi diversi, la prima arrivata nei tempi previsti da questa ditta, seconda consegnata in ritardo (però messa in consegna secondo Leroy per oltre 1 settimana ma mai arrivata perchè non ce l'avevano). Ma non è questo il problema, la tenda è arrivata non completamente integra causa botta ben visibile sul cartone però consegnata lo stesso. Per fortuna con un paio d'ore di lavoro l'abbiamo riparata ma sarebbe stato più giusto chiedere il reso. Purchased 2 awnings from Leroy di Marcon at different times, the first arrived on time by this company, the second delivered late (however delivered according to Leroy for over 1 week but never arrived because they didn't have it). But this is not the problem, the curtain arrived not completely intact due to a clearly visible blow on the cardboard but delivered anyway. Fortunately, with a couple of hours of work we repaired it but it would have been more correct to ask for a return.

Non arriva nei tempi indicati e contatto il venditore che mi inoltra il tracking di Fercam sul quale si legge che il 16/06 alle 17:00 sono passati e "sconosciuti all'indirizzo". E' chiaramente falso perchè eravamo in casa ed è una casa singola (con nome sul campanello). Li contatto telefonicamente e mi chiedono se il 22/6 mattina sarei stato in casa e alla mia conferma mi fissano la consegna: alle 14:10, non avendo ancora ricevuto il collo, li ricontatto. Mi risponde una gentile operatrice che, dopo avermi chiesto il numero telefonico, mi ricontattadopo pochi minuti scusandosi e garantendomi la consegna per la mattina del 23/6. Speriamo questa volta sia vero! Resta la gravità del fatto che l'addetto alla consegna a dichiarato il falso e compromette l'immagine dell'azienda che è responsabile del comportamento dei propri addetti. aggiornamento del 23/6. La saga continua: Alle 12:00 chiamo Fercam per chiedere conferma che la spedizione sia in consegna. Risposta negativa!!!! Adesso mi hanno assicurato che la mettono in consegna al pomeriggio visto che in via straordinaria oggi è prevista una consegna per il pomeriggio (io intanto continuo a essere bloccato a casa!). P.S. non è che al telefono rispondano subito, a volte si sta in attesa 10 minuti senza risposta! I await a shipment from Amazon. The saga continues: At 12:00 I call Fercam to ask for confirmation that the shipment is on delivery. Negative answer!!!! Now they have assured me that they will deliver it in the afternoon, as today there is an extraordinary delivery scheduled for the afternoon (in the meantime I continue to be stuck at home!). P.S. it's not that they answer immediately on the phone, sometimes you wait 10 minutes without an answer!
R	Roberto Ardizzone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio ordine è stato spedito per un loro errore in Campania,Poi dopo mia segnalazione è tornato in Veneto,mi hanno chiamato per prenotare la consegna oggi má dopo ore al telefono sono riuscito a contattare la sede che mi ha detto,scusandosi che la mia spedizione risulta ancora a Modena e mi chiameranno nuovamente per fissare una consegna perché ancora non arrivato in sede di Treviso.In tutto questo abito a Pordenone.Pessimo,mi meraviglio come una ditta quale effeuno si affidi a corrieri così poco precisi sbadati e poco professionali. My order was sent due to a mistake in Campania, Then after my report it returned to Veneto, they called me to book delivery today but after hours on the phone I was able to contact the office that told me, apologizing that mine shipment is still in Modena and they will call me again to arrange a delivery because it has not yet arrived in Treviso. In all this I live in Pordenone.

S	Salvatore Fiorentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere suona e neanche il tempo di aprire la porta e già andato via, bastava aspettare 1 minuto, magari una persona aspetta robe importanti e per colpa di persone incompetenti deve aspettare o magari fare 30 km per andare a ritirare il pacco. Poi dopo vado a ritirare e arriva un signore mi lascia un bancale chiuso con i pacchi e va via, a caricare da solo 2 pacchi da 40 chili, guardavano ma nessuno so degnava di dare una mano, azienda di incompetenti. The courier rings and not even the time to open the door is already gone, it was enough to wait 1 minute, maybe a person is waiting for important stuff and because of incompetent people he has to wait or maybe do 30 km to go and collect the package. Then after I go to collect and a gentleman arrives he leaves me a closed pallet with the packages and goes away, to load alone 2 40-kilo packs, they looked but no one I know worthy of helping out, a company of incompetents.

Mi hanno chiamato il giorno prima per l'arrivo di un box doccia,mi hanno detto che mi davano una mano con il cartello elettrico fino al garage e una volta arrivati l'hanno lasciato davanti al cancello dicendo che loro nn posso fare sta cosa. Allora avvisate prima e mettetevi d'accordo tra di voi in quella azienda così uno si sa organizare! Bad FINGER! Mi hanno detto che passavano la mattina tra le 9 e le 12,mi sono raccomandato che non tardassero in quanto per aspettarli dovevo prendere permesso a lavoro. Il giorno della consegna non è venuto nessuno, quando ormai alle 12 li ho contattati, per avere informazini mi hanno risposto che non avevano avuto tempo di passare e sarebbero passati un'altra volta. SERVIZIO PESSIMO !!!! They called me to arrange a delivery.
