Non rispettano i tempi di consegna, poi dopo averli contattati e dopo essermi fatti indicare il giorno di consegna ho preso un permesso da lavoro per tutta la mattinata fidandomi delle loro promesse. Nessuna consegna, quindi chiamo e si mostrano a dir poco sgarbatissimi dicendomi che non era un loro problema. Chiamo il negozio on line TecnoArredo 3che mi aveva spedito il pacco il quale me lo fa consegnare il giorno dopo. Ad ogni modo il trasportatore mi ha impedito di scrivere sulla bolla di consegna la dicitura con riserva di vizio occulto così come indicatomi dal negoziante. Insomma statene alla larga. Non hanno idea di come svolgere il lavoro. Sgabati, cafoni, e pessimi. Never seen anything worse. Sono veramente basita dalla loro mancanza di professionalità... Una consegna k si fa ben pagare, con tempi di attesa lunghissimi e consegnano qnd gli pare a loro... Finalmente arriva la consegna... Cosa fai? Chiedi di visionare il tutto se sia integro o meno... E cosa ti viene risp? Ke devi firmare senza visionare il pacco... Vi sconsiglio di prendere in carico spedizioni con questa azienda, non sono per nulla professionali.... Si fanno pagare e sono i peggiori... Dovreste vergognarvi! Mai più fercam! Dicono che consegnano il giorno seguente ma niente di niente. Si aggiunge la beffa che su traking risulta consegnato quindi ora inizia disputa con il venditore. Veramente inaffidabili lo sconsiglio Delay in delivery. Finally, after several reminders, they decide to deliver but the vehicle at their disposal is not suitable for getting home. They say they deliver the following day but nothing at all. Add the insult that on traking is delivered so now a dispute with the seller begins. Really unreliable I do not recommend it

Al call centro in compenso hanno sempre risposto quando chiamavo per informazioni. Difficile mettersi d'accordo per l'orario della consegna. Slow service: more than 10 days for a transport of 1 package from Bari to Palermo. On the other hand, the call center always answered when I called for information. m	michele d'angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 01/03/2022 ,dopo che ieri mi avevano preavvisato della consegna nella mattinata odierna, non ho visto nessuno e verso mezzogiorno ho chiamato l' "azienda" dicendo che avevo necessità di assentarmi dal mio domicilio per esigenze primarie (leggesi spesa) per un'oretta e una signora(!!) mi ha consigliato di restare a casa perchè l'autista era già in zona. Sono le 18.21 e non ho visto nessuno. Spero che la suddetta signora passi la sua serata sul wc. Vergogna. C	Cinzia Petruzziello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sento invece in dovere di dare il giusto merito a chi spetta e quando spetta, purtroppo sono costretta a riempire solo 5 stelle perché tante sono quelle che vengono riportate, ma se potessi riempirne altre ne colorerei 12, anzi 14, tanti quanti sono i sacchi di grano da 25 kg ciascuno che il signore ha preso tra le braccia, uno ad uno, per adagiarli dentro l'ascensore, ovviamente dopo avermi aiutata ad aprire lo scatolone. E sottolineo signore non perché non conosco il suo nome, ma per la forma di rispetto che merita. Concordiamo il giorno ed avviso chiamando due volte in due giorni diversi che la consegna deve avvenire nel giorno prefissato dal momento che vengo da una città distante. Il giorno della consegna dopo un'ora di ritardo chiamo mi dicono che la consegna non può avvenire. Mi lamento ricordando l'impegno preso ed il motivo della mia inflessibita'. Mi dicono che faranno del loro meglio e programmano la consegna alle 2. Chiamo alle 2:30 e scopro che non avavano confermato la consegna. Mi inalbero. La consegna viene fatta alle 4:00. E noto che sul pallet inferiore dichiarato esternamente fragile ce n'è poggiato un'altro molto pesante con rischio danni... Bad experience. They call me for the delivery of 2 pallets. Il giorno seguente, pacco puntuale con consegna altrettanto impeccabile, sia per i modi della persona che per lo stato del pacco. La mia esperienza in questo caso è stata davvero soddisfacente, ricevo centinaia di consegne l'anno ed ho avuto ogni genere di esperienza, molte delle quali negative o generalmente poco soddisfacenti; è la prima volta che mi capita una consegna con Fercam e non posso che plaudere alla professionalità dimostrata. I was forewarned of the delivery of the package the day before, by a very courteous and polite employee. The following day, punctual package with equally flawless delivery, both for the manner of the person and for the state of the package. My experience in this case has been really satisfying, I receive hundreds of deliveries a year and I have had all kinds of experiences, many of which are negative or generally unsatisfactory; it is the first time that I have a delivery with Fercam and I can only applaud the professionalism shown.
