Praticamente mi hanno bloccato x 15 giorni la carta, non posso utilizzare i miei soldi per due settimane, questa cosa non la sapevo... infatti non l avrei mai preso in noleggio, avrei cercato altrove. Non tornerò mai più, queste sono cose che dovrebbero spiegare subito. Invece!!

Practically they blocked my card for 15 days, I can't use my money for two weeks, I didn't know this thing ... in fact I would never have rented it, I would have looked elsewhere. I will never go back, these are things they should explain right away. Instead !!

Chi ha messo due stelle per il blocco della carta di credito Si vede che non se ne intende perché non è un problema che crea il noleggiatore o il negoziante ma l’Istituto Bancario... qui di questa persona farebbe meglio a correggere la sua valutazione e ad informarsi prima di sparare a zero

Prenoti tutto on line o per telefono, la Sig.ra Nila ci ha accolti, ha tenuto in luogo privato, chiuso e sorvegliato la nostra auto. Un suo collaboratore aveva già preparato il mezzo da noi noleggiato e ce lo ha consegnato pulito e sanificato. I mezzi a noleggio sono prevalentemente nuovi o di pochi mesi. Ottimo servizio. Grazie
