Ho fatto uno dei loro percorsi privati per coppie e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Il personale è cordiale e professionale. Tuttavia, rispetto ai competitors i prezzi sono più elevati. Nonostante ciò è un'esperienza che rifarei volentieri. Amazing place. Although apparently I was not impressed I must admit that inside the structure is an exception. I did one of their private couples tours and was really happy with it. The staff are friendly and professional. However, compared to competitors, the prices are higher. Despite this, it is an experience that I would gladly do again.

Booked through facebook..from the internet it seems very convincing instead as soon as we arrive in this place..I think one of the ugliest of casoria the first problem the parking ... externally pitiful place..the spa is nice but for everything else a total disappointment ..I don't think we'll be back ...
M	Mariagrazia Vitale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto bene fin a quando dopo un ora di relax ci hanno fatto uscire anticipatamente spegnendo tutte le luci mentre stavamo ancora dentro.... Una volta usciti uno del personale o presunto titolare in modo arrogante e scostumato ci ha rimproverato dicendo che i sensori segnalavano la porta del bagno turco aperta durante la nostra spa (pagata non poco, quindi ipoteticamente potevamo far quel che volevamo); abbiamo provato a giustificarci dicendo che per evitare un malore avevamo lasciato 2 MINUTI la porta socchiusa. Nonostante ciò, lui non ha voluto sentir ragione. Esperienza pessima! Non ci andremo mai più! All good until after an hour of relaxation they let us out early by turning off all the lights while we were still inside .... Once one of the staff or alleged owner came out in an arrogant and rude way he scolded us saying that the sensors signaled the door of the Turkish bath open during our spa (paid not cheap, so hypothetically we could do what we wanted); we tried to justify ourselves by saying that to avoid an illness we had left the door ajar for 2 MINUTES. Despite this, he didn't want to feel right. Bad experience! We will never go there again!

Pro e contro. ?Contro: Non esiste parcheggio, quindi la macchina la lasciate in divieto di sosta con rischio multa. Nel presunto parcheggio della spa ci sono lavori in corso, ad ogni modo non si sa dove lasciare l'auto, e chiamando la spa non sanno dare nessuno aiuto.?? Nella sala i lettini nell' area relax (tisane) ecc sono mal rattoppati.. e quelli vicini la piscina sulla testiera sono pieni di muffa,☹️ maleodorante.. abbastanza seccate come cosa.? * ⚠️Il bagno turco ha il getto di vapore in un posto assurdo non segnalato dove ci si può tranquillamente sedere e scottarsi, ⛔GRAVISSIMO⛔, io mi sono cotto un dito..ma se mi sedevo? Ho fatto notare la cosa e mi è stato detto che non possono fare nulla?... Gli auguro che nessuno si faccia male, altrimenti sono problemi seri.⚠️? * La spa si è improvvisamente spenta durante l'orario per nessun motivo??, ho dovuto chiamare e far riaccendere.. l'ho trovato poco professionale, soprattutto poca attenzione da parte del personale che dovrebbe prestare massima attenzione a queste cose.? ?Pro: * Bella sauna e pulita, area relax fatta bene, piscina molto particolare e ben realizzata, il fatto di essere in esclusiva è un plus veramente speciale.? * La reception chiama tramite un telefono portatile per qualsiasi info e l'ho trovato molto discreto come cosa, mi è piaciuta molto.? Nel complesso la consiglio, ma non posso dare più di 3 stelle per i motivi sopradetti ? The spa is in good general condition, the staff are polite and welcoming. All very well arranged. Pros and cons. ? Against: * There is no parking, so leave the car in a non-parking area with the risk of a fine. In the alleged parking lot of the spa there are works in progress, however you do not know where to leave the car, and by calling the spa they do not know how to give anyone help. * In the lounge the sunbeds in the relaxation area (herbal teas) etc. are badly patched .. and those near the pool on the headboard are full of mold, ☹️ smelly .. quite dry as what. * ⚠️The turkish bath has a jet of steam in an absurd, unmarked place where you can safely sit and get burned, "VERY VERY VERY BIG", I burned my finger .. but if I sat down? I pointed this out and was told that they can't do anything? ... I wish them no one gets hurt, otherwise they are serious problems.⚠️? * The spa suddenly shut down during hours for no reason??, I had to call and have it back on .. I found it unprofessional, especially little attention from the staff who should pay close attention to these things. ?Pro: * Beautiful and clean sauna, well-made relaxation area, very particular and well-made swimming pool, the fact of being exclusive is a very special plus. * The front desk calls via a portable phone for any info and I found it very discreet as a thing, I liked it very much. Overall I recommend it, but I cannot give more than 3 stars for the aforementioned reasons ?

Il personale è stato impeccabile, di una gentilezza, cortesia e discrezione unica.Una vera atmosfera rilassante con luci soffuse e musichetta in sottofondo, un ottimo modo per trascorrere del tempo in totale relax . Abbiamo scelto l'opzione di pernottamento + 1 ora e 20 di percorso spa privato(quello di due ore sarebbe stato meglio)un esperienza davvero unica. La camera detto molto sinceramente è stata leggermente inferiore rispetto alle mie personali aspettative. La colazione è stata abbondante, sono rimasta solo un pò "scontenta" per le merendine imbustate,mi aspettavo dei cornetti freschi. It is my pleasure to leave my opinion and impression on this property. The staff was impeccable, with a unique kindness, courtesy and discretion. A real relaxing atmosphere with soft lights and music in the background, a great way to spend time in total relaxation. We chose the overnight option + 1 hour and 20 of private spa path (the two-hour one would have been better) a truly unique experience. The room very frankly said it was slightly lower than my personal expectations. The breakfast was plentiful, I was just a little "unhappy" with the snacks in the bag, I was expecting fresh croissants.
