Non c'è male ma comunque non vale i soldi che chiede.. la stanza un po mal ridotta tipo i muri la vasca rumorosa etc ... do 3 stelle perché non vale di più. Very nice hotel ... I stayed in the lux africa suite. It's not bad but still not worth the money you ask for .. the room a little badly reduced like the walls the noisy tub etc ... I give 3 stars because it is not worth more.
T	Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stanza(Sole) è molto più piccola di come appare nelle foto. Per il prezzo pagato non era pulita, c’era polvere ovunque e ragnatele sotto la contro soffittatura. Per il Sevizio SPA non sono state fornite nemmeno un paio di pantofole usa e getta. Bagno sporco e dentifricio già usato,probabilmente da qualche cliente precedente.Inoltre c’erano anche degli snack già aperti e mangiati. Ho dedotto quindi che la stanza non era stata per niente pulita. Esperienza deludente. Avevo aspettative più alte da come si presentavano le foto e le descrizioni. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò!!! The room (Sole) is much smaller than it appears in the photos. For the price paid it was not clean, there was dust everywhere and cobwebs under the false ceiling. Not even a pair of disposable slippers were provided for the SPA service. Dirty bathroom and toothpaste already used, probably from some previous customer. There were also snacks already opened and eaten. I therefore deduced that the room had not been cleaned at all. Disappointing experience. I had higher expectations of what the photos and descriptions looked like. I'm sorry but I won't be back !!!

Aimè però poco professionali,dovrebbero appunto regalare sorprese e momenti indimenticabili...come dicono,ma non è stato affatto così..mi hanno rovinato una sorpresa poiché dimenticarono di sistemare il regalo,che portai apposta in struttura qualche ora prima, per poi ritrovarlo in camera al momento della sorpresa... Quindi personalmente una delusione... Tralasciando ciò ho riferito stesso il giorno dopo,è mi dissero che la prossima volta avrebbero fatto più attenzione,mi spiace ma non ci sarà una prossima volta..anche perché come minimo per scusarsi dovevano rimediare in qualche modo,ma purtroppo riacquisire la fiducia dei clienti non è il loro forte...peccato! D	Davide Cola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite Sole: stanza molto curata, piscina idromassaggio molto bella e funzionale, pecca la sauna poiché è possibile accenderla solo per 30 minuti alla volta, cosa assurda perchè non si riscalda nemmeno che poi si spegne ( parlano di questione di sicurezza ma se non è possibile accenderla in modo continuativo non ha senso averla in camera o quantomeno dovrebbe essere detto prima di entrare in camera), considerando che viene emessa ricevuta fiscale per importo pari al 50% dell' importo pagato... Posizione camera piano interrato altezza garage. Non ci ritorneremo Sun Suite: very well-kept room, very nice and functional hydromassage pool, the sauna is flawed since it is possible to turn it on only for 30 minutes at a time, which is absurd because it does not even heat up and then turns off (they speak of a question of safety but if it is not possible turning it on continuously does not make sense to have it in the room or at least it should be said before entering the room), considering that a tax receipt is issued for an amount equal to 50% of the amount paid ... Gli spazi sono molto ampi e oltre alla vasca idromassaggio, la sauna, ben due divani, la smartTV con netflix incluso, c'è anche il tavolo da biliardo! Il personale poi è cordiale e disponibile e la colazione servita in camera al mattino è completa e ricca. Ci ritorneremo. We stayed in the Vesuvio suite and it is truly wonderful. The spaces are very large and in addition to the jacuzzi, the sauna, two sofas, the smartTV with netflix included, there is also a pool table! The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast served in the room in the morning is complete and rich. We will be back.
G	Giada Manna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglierei il Capri SPA hotel non solo per la bellezza delle camere (che già merita) ma soprattutto per la CORDIALITÀ e PROFESSIONALITÀ del personale. Nel nostro caso abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Paradise e purtroppo quella sera abbiamo avuto un problema di acqua ma al risveglio il direttore si è scusato offrendoci un nuovo pernottamento, gratuito, per poter recuperare la serata persa. La pulizia è impeccabile, la sauna profuma di nuovo praticamente, il kit cortesia é molto generoso, comprende moltissimi asciugamani (cosa che in altri hotel non c'è, a stento 1 doccia ed 1 viso a testa solitamente). La colazione al mattino è super abbondante, in più per qualsiasi problema ed a qualsiasi ora la reception è sempre attiva per risolvere i problemi. In fine, fattore molto importante è il garage per l'auto ed il SILENZIO, vi assicuro che se volete staccare e rilassarvi questo è il posto ideale, sempre tranquillo e non si sente nessuno. Non vedeo l'ora di tornare? I would recommend the Capri SPA hotel not only for the beauty of the rooms (which it already deserves) but above all for the CORDIALITY and PROFESSIONALISM of the staff. In our case we stayed in the Paradise suite and unfortunately that evening we had a water problem but when we woke up the manager apologized and offered us a new overnight stay, free of charge, in order to make up for the lost evening. The cleanliness is impeccable, the sauna practically smells new, the courtesy kit is very generous, it includes many towels (which in other hotels there is hardly 1 shower and 1 face each). The breakfast in the morning is super abundant, plus for any problem and at any time the reception is always active to solve problems. Finally, a very important factor is the garage for the car and the SILENCE, I assure you that if you want to disconnect and relax this is the ideal place, always quiet and you can't hear anyone. Can't wait to go back?

Al checkout il signore dietro la reception non si è degnato nemmeno di alzare lo sguardo dal PC. In più la sorpresa preparata dal mio ragazzo non valeva per niente il prezzo speso. Delusissima dalla colazione, veramente molto povera. In generale è stato piacevole soggiornarci perché è una stanza insolita, ma non credo ci torneremo. The Paradise suite is beautiful, cleanliness is good, the sauna is not working properly! Two stars for very unfriendly staff, not friendly at all. At checkout the gentleman behind the reception did not even deign to look up from the PC. In addition, the surprise prepared by my boyfriend was not worth the price at all. Very disappointed with the breakfast, very poor indeed. In general it was pleasant to stay there as it is an unusual room, but I don't think we will be back.
