★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è forse di quanto meglio si possa trovare nella provincia di Reggio.. Spaziosa,bella,pulita e spartana.. Completa e super attrezzata.. Il meglio che si possa avere ad un prezzo onesto diciamo nella media secondo mia esperienza.. C sono palestre con stessi abbonamenti ma di qualità molto inferiore.. Poi gli istruttori sono la vera base portante della struttura.. Gentilezza e capacità mai trovata prima.. Insieme al propietario creano il vero cuore e fulcro del suo successo.. Che dire una vera Mecca del fitness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra si trova al secondo piano dell'edificio. E' la più grande nella città. Sono presenti tantissime attrezzature, spogliatoi spaziosi con armadietti. Inoltre nella palestra ci sono sala small, medium e large che servono per altri tipi di attività. Nella palestra ci sono più di due istruttori alla volta che seguono ogni allievo.
