Qui ogni giorno c è un allenamento diverso quindi allenarsi nn è mai noioso...oltre alla sala pesi puoi scegliere tantissime attività e soprattutto x qualsiasi età... La struttura è pulitissima e il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile oltre ad essere preparatissimo e a farti capire che c è la puoi fare ad arrivare ai tuoi obiettivi... Che dire!!!! È super consigliata ???? You come in alive and you come out dead ????? ... Joke !!!! Nn is the classic gym ... Every day there is a different workout so training is never boring ... in addition to the weight room you can choose many activities and above all x any age ... The structure is very clean and the staff is kind and always available as well as being very prepared and making you understand that there is something you can do to achieve your goals ... Inoltre, avere la possibilità di avere un osteopata nella stessa struttura permette anche di ricevere cure adeguate per risolvere i vari disturbi fisici che possono presentarsi durante gli allenamenti. Chi meglio di me può testimoniare la professionalità, la preparazione e la dedizione con cui lo staff ogni giorno accoglie in palestra tanti iscritti, monitorando ad ogni serie, ogni esercizio la corretta esecuzione degli stessi. Io sono stato pienamente recuperato fisicamente, ed anche mentalmente, dopo 2 gravi infortuni al ginocchio destro. Il Dott. Viscomi è una fonte di conoscenza ed esperienza,in continuo aggiornamento, che insieme al resto dello staff trasmettono per chi si allena la voglia di non mollare mai. Chi sceglie Fit Form non sceglie solo una palestra, ma sceglie una seconda famiglia con cui condividere il proprio tempo dedicato all'esercizio fisico. D	Davide Sorbara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto accogliente con Istruttori preparati su tutti i punti di vista.Venendo da un'operazione al crociato mi hanno subito fatto sentire a mio agio aiutandomi a tornare a fare sport come prima,senza sentire fastidi alla gamba.Un personale completo dove puoi trovare,Fisioterapista,Osteopata,addetti anche ai trattamenti locali come il Taping,Biologo Nutrizionista e tanto altro. La consiglio a tutti. Very welcoming gym with instructors prepared on all points of view. Coming from an operation at the crusader they immediately made me feel at ease helping me to go back to doing sports as before, without feeling any discomfort in my leg. La prima cosa che ho notato è stata la diligenza con cui vengono puliti e disinfettati gli ambienti,poi allenandomi ho potuto apprezzare la grande professionalità e la competenza degli istruttori. Una palestra al completo a livello professionale infatti puoi trovare: un Biologo Nutrizionista, un Fisioterapista,Osteopata,addetti anche ai trattamenti locali come il Taping. Inoltre è un ambiente allegro e familiare... qualità queste, che ne fanno la mia palestra ideale. La consiglio vivamente!!
