r	rosa citon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle arance dalla Sicilia con consegna in 48h, la prima spedizione arrivata bene quindi ho effettuato lo stesso identico ordine una settimana dopo ma le arance sono arrivate dopo ben 8 giorni! Seguendo il tracking si vede che è stata spedita il giorno 16 ma il 18 erano arrivate ad un altro indirizzo (via diversa, cap diverso) a centinaia di km di distanza. Da quel giorno nessuna notizia fino ad oggi giorno 24, arrivate senza nemmeno una scusa. Peccato! I ordered oranges from Sicily with delivery in 48h, the first shipment arrived well so I placed the exact same order a week later but the oranges arrived after 8 days! Following the tracking we see that it was sent on the 16th but on the 18th they had arrived at another address (different route, different postcode) hundreds of km away. From that day no news until today day 24, you arrive without even an excuse. Sin!

Per l'arrivo di un pacco dove avevo sbagliato a mettere l'indirizzo, non hanno MAI risposto alle mie chiamate (ma mi hanno preso comunque i soldi delle 3 chiamate). Il corriere nonostante avesse il mio numero, non si è degnato minimamente di chiamarmi o di lasciarmi un avviso. Manco un email da parte della sede. Sono dovuta andare fino a Marcon a ritirarlo, per poi scoprire che l'hanno portato a Portogruaro. NON AFFIDATEVI MAI A TNT SHAME AND SCAMS. Vomiting. Non so se sia solo un problema della filiale di Marcon o di tutta la compagnia in generale. Ma non rispettano i tempi di consegna, li fanno slittare scrivendo che é stata una richiesta del destinatario, ti segnano tentativi di consegna mai affettuati e non c'è verso di riuscire a contattarli per telefono. Veramente un servizio scadende. I have made up my mind to write a negative review as I have now too often had bad service from this company. I don't know if it's just a problem with the Marcon branch or the whole company in general. But they do not respect delivery times, they make them slip by writing that it was a request from the recipient, they mark you never attempted delivery and there is no way of being able to contact them by phone. Hanno intenzione di chiedere i soldi per deposito e svincolo merce al destinatario, senza che gli venga il sospetto di avvisare preventivamente e tempestivamente il mittente dei costi (che aveva pagato la spedizione ed era in deposito ormai da 10 giorni ed avvisava di trovarsi all'estero, pregando di avere tempestivo aiuto per risolvere la situazione, non riuscendo senza avere in mano il documento di mancata consegna).
