capisco la situazione del covid19, ma sto tracciando il pacco continuamente , avendo una spedizione importante di mascherine da gestire per lavoro non solo mio , dopo infinite email e telefonate a pagamento 2 gg fa mi rispondono tramite e mail e TELEFONANDOMI fissando la consegna per ieri lasciando gli orari "ampi" ...ma la consegna non Γ¨ avvenuta . chiamo il tel 199.....ma staccano dopo aver tentato con i vari taswti di riferimento ...FATE PIU BELLA FIGURA A DIRE CHE NON CONSEGNATE E SIETE CHIUSI PRIMA DI ILLUDERE LE PERSONE , AVREI SCELTO UN ALTRO CORRIERE . (AGGIUNGO CHE SONO PURE ABBONATO!!!!!!!!!)
I understand the situation of covid19, but I am tracking the parcel continuously, having an important shipment of masks to manage for work not only mine, after endless emails and paid calls 2 days ago they answer me by e-mail and TELEPHONE CALLS fixing the delivery for yesterday leaving times "large" ... but the delivery did not occur. I call tel 199 ..... but off after trying with various taswti reference ... MAKE MORE BEAUTIFUL SHAPE TO SAY THAT NOT DELIVERED AND ARE CLOSED BEFORE deceive PEOPLE WOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER COURIER. (I ADD THAT I AM ALSO A SUBSCRIBER !!!!!!!!!)

Alla sede di Prato tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. La prima volta spedisco 20 pacchi ( mi sto trasferendo negli USA) e tutto Γ¨ perfetto. La seconda volta spedisco 10 pacchi e : in 1 hanno RUBATO!!! Il pacco Γ¨ vuoto!!! E 2 pacchi sono DISPERSI!!! Chiamo la sede americana e dicono che loro hanno consegnato tutto. Sono furiosa e disperata! Nei pacchi perduti c’erano ricordi di famiglia, fotografie... in quelli in cui hanno rubato video di famiglia, CD, e altre foto. Spero che almeno riescano a ritrovare almeno quelli perduti...
Everyone at the Prato office is very kind and helpful. The first time I send 20 packages (I am moving to the USA) and everything is perfect. The second time I send 10 packages and: in 1 they STOLEN !!! The package is empty !!! And 2 packs are MISSING !!! I call the American headquarters and they say they have delivered everything. I am furious and desperate! In the lost packages there were family memories, photographs ... in those in which they stole family videos, CDs, and other photos. I hope they can at least find the lost ones ...

Esperienza pessima. Due spedizione - tutti i due consegnati in ritardo rispetto alla data programmata. Seconda sedizione - la data programmata Γ¨ slittata per ben due volte. La cosa che da piΓΉ fastidio che nella "ragione della mancata consegna" scrivono "il destinatario era assente" anche se ero a casa tutti i giorni della programmata consegna 24 ore ad aspettare.
Bad experience. Two Shipment - both delivered later than the scheduled date. Second sedition - the scheduled date has been postponed twice. The thing that bothers me more than in the "reason for non-delivery" they write "the recipient was absent" even though I was at home every day of the scheduled 24-hour delivery waiting.

1 stella Γ© anche troppo! Azienda a dir poco inefficiente. Mi indicano data di consegna il 28.06. al 9 luglio nessun pacco Γ© arrivato. Faccio 2000 chiamate (tutte a pagamento) per parlare con il servizio clienti. Tutti aprono la segnalazione con tanto di richiesta di call back. Non vengo MAI richiamata e scopro che c era un problema nello sdoganamento senza che mi venisse detto niente. Non mi vengono neppure richiesti i dati fiscali per sdoganare... Alle mail nessuno ha mai risposto...ho in corso una richiesta di risarcimento danni
1 star is too much! Company to say the least inefficient. They tell me the delivery date is 28.06. as of July 9th no parcel arrived. I make 2000 calls (all for a fee) to speak to customer service. Everyone opens the report with a call back request. I am NEVER called back and I discover that there was a problem in customs clearance without being told anything. I am not even asked for tax data to clear customs ... No one has ever replied to the emails ... I have a claim for damages pending

Horrible service. The automatic tracking updates do not work, and customer service is regularly unavailable or unhelpful. On top of that, the estimates for delivery are inaccurate, and after waiting an entire day for a package I desperately needed, the package was returned to sender without any explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.

terrible service. If only fed ex had an office in town. By phone it is practically impossible to organize a pick up. I was told I was to wait in my hotel room from 1 until 4. Fed ex should improve its European service or give up.
