★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo.nn hanno rispettato il giorno di ritiro,sono venuti solo dopo aver richiesto una nuova prenotazione di ritiro. Il corriere incaricato molto scortese ,mi ha contattato prima telefonicamente invitandomi a scendere, quando gentilmente gli ho chiesto di salire per ritirare il pacco mi ha letteralmente aggredito dicendomi "qual è la ragione per cui nn può scendere" alla mia spiegazione ha aggiunto, "noi siamo tnt nn servizio di facchinaggio ".ho usufruito di questo servizio proprio per la difficoltà di farlo di persona e se nn è previsto il ritiro in casa va specificato, in ogni caso la buona educazione nn guasta mai!!!!una stella è anche troppo.
 Terrible.nn they respected the pickup day, they only came after requesting a new pickup reservation. The courier in charge very rude, he contacted me first by phone inviting me to get off, when I kindly asked him to go up to collect the package he literally attacked me saying "what is the reason why he can't go down" to my explanation he added, "we we are tnt nn porterage service ". I used this service because of the difficulty of doing it in person and if there is no collection at home it must be specified, in any case good education never hurts !!!! a star is also too much.
