★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto sul sito gli orari di ricevimento mi sono recato senza appuntamento (infatti sul sito non parla di appuntamenti).
A parte il fatto che hanno come indirizzo il 142c e fuori come insegna c'è un cartello con scritto B quindi lascio già immaginare la difficoltà per trovarlo.
Mi reco dinanzi la loro porta d'ingresso alle 12:03 (27 minuti prima della chiusura) e suonando il campanello mi apre una signora che dice non essere della federconsumatori ma di occuparsi di altro e che non c'era nessuno. Al che gentilmente mi dice di aspettare perchè avrebbe telefonato all'addetta. Dopo qualche minuto si reca di nuovo alla porta dicendomi che non aveva ricevuto risposta dall'addetta. Ho fatto 55 km per essere lì e quello che ho ricevuto è stata una porta chiusa violentemente in faccia (perchè poi la tipa si è anche indispettita perchè le ho chiesto il nome dell'addetta assente, una certa Cristiana).
Pessimo servizio direi, tutela del consumatore? Dovrebbero chiuderli tutti questi sportelli inutili che sono li a ciucciare soldi dell'Italia intera senza fare nulla. VERGOGNA!
After seeing the site office hours I went without an appointment (in fact on the site is not about appointments).
Apart from the fact that as the address 142c and out as taught there is a sign saying B then leave already imagine the difficulty to find it.
I go in front of their front door at 12:03 (27 minutes before closing) and ringing the bell opens a lady who says not to be a consumer but to take care of something else and that there was nobody. To which he kindly tells me to wait because he would have phoned the attendant. After a few minutes he went back to the door and said he had not received dall'addetta answer. I did 55 km to be there and what I received was a violently closed door in my face (because then the girl was also annoyed because I asked her for the name of the absent employee, a certain Cristiana).
Bad Service would say, protect the consumer? They should close them all these unnecessary branches that are there to suck all of Italy money without doing anything. SHAME!
