Siamo stati seguiti da Ivan, ragazzo estremamente competente ed in grado di far sentire a proprio agio i clienti. Torneremo di sicuro e consiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a loro per un lavoro ben fatto! Very high professionalism and very competitive prices. The furniture arrived on schedule and is perfect. We were looked after by Ivan, an extremely competent guy who was able to make customers feel at ease. We will be back for sure and recommend anyone to turn to them for a job well done!

Abbiamo scelto loro perché ci avrebbero seguito non solo per la cucina ma anche per il pavimento ed impianto del gas. Peccato non sia stato cosi. Affidano i lavori a terzi garantendone il buon risultato… ma al momento del problema tutti spariscono. Ad esempio il piastrellista che non ha rifinito il lavoro e non è più tornato. Vedere foto. Io credo che sia l'Emporio del Mobile a doversene far carico ma sono mesi che tutti tace e ci hanno abbandonato senza assistenza. Poi vogliamo parlare delle misure prese in cucina? I due finali di top erano corti di ben 2cm e quindi abbiamo dovuto far rattoppare…. E siamo stati buoni! L'altezza della cappa dai fuochi non è a norma ma ormai è stato fatto e tutto pagato quindi… Non aggiungo altro e non mi sento di consigliare! So much great experience before ... Ufficio tecnico risponde alle mail solo se si tratta di pagamenti da effettuare. In caso di reclami, diversamente, non rispondono e spariscono. Sofa paid for 1300euro, guaranteed of maximum quality and maximum hardness p50: after two months it is already soft like chewing gum. Technical office responds to e-mails only if it is a question of payments to be made. In case of complaints, otherwise, they do not respond and disappear.
F	Flavia Conforti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrati in negozio un commesso dall'aria supponente ti accoglie spiegandoti la storia di Febal, ma soprattutto dicendoti (non troppo tra le righe) che se non te lo puoi permettere, è inutile anche che entri e fai il giro del negozio. Una volta stretti i denti per non rispondere, ci si fa accompagnare per fare il giro del suo preziosissimo negozio e ci si sorbisce uno spiegone infinito su quanto sono belli e costosi i mobili Febal. Si ritorna all'ingresso storditi, senza aver potuto guardare nulla in tranquillitá e liquidati con un bel catalogo. È sembrato piú un giro al museo con la guida turistica che non un piacevole giro in un negozio di mobili per arredare la casa dei propri sogni...anzi, non diciamo cosí o il commesso pensa che non ce lo possiamo permettere! You return to the entrance stunned, without having been able to look at anything in peace and cleared with a nice catalog. It felt more like a tour of the museum with the tour guide than a pleasant tour of a furniture shop to furnish the house of one's dreams ... in fact, we don't say that or the clerk thinks we can't afford it!

Fabio, che ci ha accompagnato per tutto l'iter della scelta e della progettazione della cucina che cercavamo. La cucina è arrivata nei tempi stabiliti, le misure e il montaggio si sono rivelati perfetti al millimetro. Ulteriore nota di merito per l'ottimo servizio post vendita e per la disponibilità mostrata anche dopo la consegna (cosa che non tutti i negozi fanno). In conclusione, siamo molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza e ci sentiamo di consigliarla a chi deve acquistare una cucina o dei mobili per la casa.
