Sto arredando casa ed essendo di Rapallo mi è sembrato solidale dargli la preferenza rispetto ad Amazon e perfino al nuovo UNIEURO di Rapallo. Avevo ancora da comprare un'altro frigorifero, lampadario camera, asciugatrice, aspirapolvere, microonde, ecc.
Ho avuto un problema con un frigorifero sempre comprato da loro e comunque risolvibile con garanzia: prima hanno preso in giro mia moglie che segnalava il tipo di problema facendo battutine e poi alla mia telefonata di protesta mi hanno letteralmente a mandare a fancxx, dato del figlio di p... (!!) e buttato giù il telefono!!
Sentirò l'avvocato per le vie legali. Questi comunque se erano i titolari devono fallire, se erano i dipendenti da lasciare a casa. Forza Amazon !! (coi quali quando ho avuto un problema mi hanno sostituito il pezzo sulla fiducia senza neanche volere la foto!!).
I bought 3 chandeliers and a refrigerator from them. I am furnishing the house and being from Rapallo it seemed to me to be sympathetic to give it preference over Amazon and even the new UNIEURO in Rapallo. I still had to buy another refrigerator, room chandelier, dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, etc.
I had a problem with a refrigerator always bought from them and in any case solvable with a guarantee: first they made fun of my wife who reported the type of problem by making jokes and then on my protest call they literally sent me to fancxx, given the child by p ... (!!) and knocked off the phone !!
I'll hear the lawyer through the legal process. These, however, if they were the owners must go bankrupt, if they were the employees to leave at home. Come on Amazon !! (with whom when I had a problem they replaced the piece on trust without even wanting the photo !!).
