L	Letterio Raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 09/04/2021 ho acquistato un condizionatore ,concordando la consegna il 16/04 puntualmente consegnato ma non installato,dovro' aspettare che qualche installatore mi contattera' ho chiamato telefonicamente l'euronics ma non sanno che dirmi. Al momento dell' acquisto nessuno ti dice che la consegna e l'installazione non avvengono insieme.Dalla mia esperienza avuta circa due anni fa' da Bruno euronics l'istallazione e' avvenuta lo stesso giorno della consegna . adesso mi trovo con 2 colli in casa on 04/09/2021 I bought an air conditioner, agreeing on delivery on 04/16 delivered on time but not installed, I'll have to wait for some installer to contact me. I called Euronics by phone but they don't know what to tell me. At the time of purchase no one tells you that delivery and installation do not take place together. From my experience with Bruno Euronics about two years ago, the installation took place on the same day as the delivery. now I find myself with 2 packages in the house

Non avevano disponibilità ,ma hanno promesso che avrebbero avuto il prodotto entro lunedì, inoltre potevano comunque ricevere la prenotazione, e per eventuali finanziamenti avrei dovuto provvedere da me per la compilazione di documenti etc, quindi non capisco che ci stiano a fare li. ma, tralasciando ciò, ad oggi attendo ancora la chiamata, ma nulla, quindi grazie mille per tutto. Promessa di servizio, non mantenuta. Di certo all'apertura andrò altrove. Sconsigliato I wanted to buy s21 ultra and take advantage of the launch offer by 28. They had no availability, but they promised that they would have the product by Monday, also they could still receive the booking, and for any financing I would have had to fill in the documents myself etc, so I don't understand what they're doing there. but, leaving that aside, to date I still await the call, but nothing, so thank you very much for everything. L'unico contro sono i prezzi sono alti rispetto a ciò che viene offerte sul web, difficilmente compro presso il negozio.Posso capire anche le difficoltà di gestione degli imprenditori, però a volte ci sono disparità di prezzo importanti e quindi l'acquirente, visto anche il periodo storico, cerca soluzioni vantaggiose. Spero un giorno che queste disparità di prezzo un giorno vengano ridotte. The shop is well stocked and well organized. The staff are very helpful and always try to give the right advice. The only cons are the prices are high compared to what is offered on the web, I hardly buy at the store.I can also understand the difficulties of managing entrepreneurs, but sometimes there are important price disparities and therefore the buyer, seen even the historical period seeks advantageous solutions. I hope one day that these price disparities will one day be reduced.

Il pomeriggio richiamo protestando e mi dicono che mi chiameranno entro 15 minuti. Passata un ora richiamo ma non mi rispondono più perché vedono il numero. Ma, al di fuori di questo, la consegna a domicilio, programmata in mattinata tra le 9,00 e le 13,00, te li ritrovi in casa all'ora di pranzo (13,30 c.a)! Proveremo altrove... Large and well-stocked restaurant; prices in the norm. Staff courteous and helpful. All this when purchased in-store with cash payment. But, beyond this, home delivery, scheduled in the morning between 9.00 and 13.00, you can find them at home at lunchtime (13.30 c.a)! We will try elsewhere ...
