★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato tramite un rivenditore di Bologna un pavimento da Esterno. Ho sballato i pallet con una squadra di Muratori pronti ad appoggiarlo per terra, le lastre risultavano bagnate e moltissime con effetto del sale in uscita . Bruttissima esperienza con questa azienda che vanta serietà però a casa sul posto dopo aver segnalato il problema non è venuto nessuno per visionare il problema solo contatti telefonici. Mi hanno mandato un'azienda con cui collaboriamo per pulirlo ed e rimasto tutto uguale se nn peggio. SCONSIGLIATO . Se fossi andato da Brico avrei speso meno e magari avrei anche avuto più riscontro in caso di problemi.
 I bought an outdoor floor through a dealer in Bologna. I unpacked the pallets with a team of Masons ready to place it on the ground, the slabs were wet and a lot of them with the effect of the salt coming out. Very bad experience with this company that boasts seriousness but at home on the spot after reporting the problem no one came to view the problem only telephone contacts. They sent me a company we work with to clean it and everything remained the same if not worse. NOT RECOMMENDED. If I had gone to Brico I would have spent less and maybe I would have also had more feedback in case of problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa ho acquistato da loro circa 100m2 di doga per la ristrutturazione del mio giardino ed ho fatto il grave errore di farmelo piazzare dal loro installatore : risultato un disastro , rifiniture penose, dislivelli fra una doga e l'altra e tempi biblici per terminare i lavori. Oggi il pavimento si sta rompendo e rimpiango quello che c'era prima , circa 6.000€ buttati via fra doghe e manodopera.
Ho chiesto al venditore di venirmi incontro in qualche modo per sistemare il problema: ha preso le distanze dell'installatore che mi aveva consigliato lui, mi ha mostrato foto di lavori riusciti molto bene (immaginatevi cosa provavo nel vedere quelle foto e vedere poi il mio pavimento messo in quel modo) ed il suo modo per venirmi incontro è stato regalarci il trasporto del battiscopa (wow..).
Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!
A few months ago I bought about 100m2 of stave from them for the renovation of my garden and I made the serious mistake of having their installer place it: the result was a disaster, painful finishing, unevenness between one stave and another and biblical times to finish jobs. Today the floor is breaking and I regret what was there before, about € 6,000 thrown away between slats and labor.
I asked the seller to come and meet me in some way to fix the problem: he distanced himself from the installer who recommended him, he showed me photos of works that were very well done (imagine what I felt in seeing those photos and then seeing mine floor put that way) and his way to meet me was to give us the transport of the skirting board (wow ..).
Absolutely not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo appena 2 anni le betonelle installate e più precisamente il modello gallassia terra d'umbria risultano sbiadite e assolutamente distanti da quelle del catalogo, per i soldi spesi ci sono prodotti sicuramente migliori. Bravo il venditore a piazzare una bidonata vendendomele come uno dei migliori prodotti sul mercato. Sconsigliato
After just 2 years, the installed tiles and more precisely the gallassia terra d'umbria model are faded and absolutely distant from those in the catalog, for the money spent there are certainly better products. Good seller to place a rip-off by selling them to me as one of the best products on the market. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto i prodotti Favaro1 (Recycle) per pavimentare il mio nuovo giardino e sono davvero molto soddisfatto sia del risultato estetico che di quello funzionale. Anche sotto i sempre più forti temporali estivi la pavimentazione riesce a drenare completamente il flusso d'acqua! Nel caso abbiate dubbi sulla scelta della rivendita vi consiglio di contattare direttamente l'azienda, io ho fatto così e non ho avuto sorprese. Veramente consigliati!!
I chose Favaro1 (Recycle) products to pave my new garden and I am really very satisfied with both the aesthetic and functional results. Even under the increasingly strong summer storms, the pavement is able to completely drain the flow of water! In case you have doubts about the choice of resale I suggest you contact the company directly, I did so and I had no surprises. Really recommended !!
