Sostanzialmente il personale è frettoloso e sbrigativo con poca gentilezza rivolta al cliente e non sempre i cibi sono buoni I have been a customer in this beautiful store several times. Diversi tipi di erborinati e latteria, anche da latte crudo. Ricotte in gran numero sia fresche che stagionate od affumicate. Yogurt e burro. Prodotti artigianali freschi (mozzarelle, stracchino e mascarpone). Biscotti artigianali e tantissime cose interessanti tra cui birra artigianale. Un paradiso del gourmet! Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Personale gentile e competente. Tornerò presto ad approfondire altri prodotti. Io non ho problemi a spendere per cose di qualità ma quando è eccessivo mi sento presa in giro! Very expensive! Too expensive! Outrageously expensive! 2 dry puccia and 3 yoghurt and 1 pack of paper towels € 27.50! I have no problem spending for quality things but when it is excessive I feel cheated!

Alla fine sono uscita con i Cjarsons alle erbe, tortelloni ricotta/spinaci, ricotta, yoghurt e miele. La pasta fresca ripiena é veramente deliziosa: complimenti soprattutto per i Cjarsons e per le preziose indicazioni di cottura. La prossima volta cercherò di venire prima, così potrò comperare anche la versione con Frant e noci! Ambiente molto carino e invitante.
