★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here with every visit to Tuscany. I love visiting them. They are generous and kind, polite and always willing to provide the best experience. Pay a few euros extra and take the tour of the facility. You'll learn about the history of San Michelle which is fascinating. All of their food and wine is organic. Also, look for the Laudemio oil which they sell here. It is the absolute best quality oil you can find in Tuscany. And be sure to have them explain the various regions and productions of wine from Chianti, of which they provide several. Its very interesting, and very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the great pleasure of visiting this winery a few days ago. It was a fantastic experience. We were a party of four people, with substantial experience from winery visits and wine tastings in Italy, France and the USA. Fattoria San Michele a Torri turned out to be one of the best adventures ever. Our host Nani was fantastic, turned out she was Brazilian as was one in our party. Her contribution was impressive. Her knowledge of wine is comprehensive and she was able to draw our attention to new and interesting facts about wine and wine tasting, broadening our own knowledge. She guided us around the winery and shared the interesting history and how they became Bio oriented very early with a focus on quality in the wine production but also on other agricultural produce, including pigs and egg laying hens. Both pigs and hens roaming freely with ample space and happiness. We were able to taste their cold cuts and boiled eggs with the wine and their excellent virgin olive oil. Everything we saw and tasted deserves the highest rating and San Michele a Torri is a brand with great international potential. The wine tasting itself was most professional where Nani guided us through the wines and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a superb visit and we fully recommend a visit to San Michele a Torri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lovely spot - the lady who gave us the tour and did our tasting was so knowledgeable and kind and answered all our questions. I really appreciate that their operation is organic and sustainable and respectful of the land. They had fresh veggies for sale and meats and cheeses and honey - everything was marvelous!!
