★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole sosta durante un piccolo giro turistico del viterbese. Eravamo a Civita di Bagnoregio e stavamo gironzolando qua e là in cerca di olio, ma di quello buono! Abbiamo incontrato alla fattoria non solo un olio sublime, delicato e davvero unico, ma anche un vino, sangiovese e montepulciano d'abruzzo, corposo, leggermente secco e tanto tanto evocativo. Di pranzi sotto la pergola, di tagliatelle e arrosto, di gioia di stare insieme. Grazie per la degustazione e la bella visita alle cantine. Sicuramente ci torneremo per una degustazione in compagnia all'aperto. A maggio, poi, verremo per "Cantine aperte", l'ultima domenica. Un appuntamento da non perdere!
A pleasant stop during a small tour of the Viterbo area. We were in Civita di Bagnoregio and we were wandering here and there in search of oil, but of the good one! On the farm we met not only a sublime oil, delicate and truly unique, but also a wine, Sangiovese and Abruzzo Montepulciano, full-bodied, slightly dry and so very evocative. Lunch under the pergola, tagliatelle and roast, joy of being together. Thanks for the tasting and a nice visit to the cellars. Surely we will be back for a tasting with friends outdoors. In May, then, we will come to "Cantine aperto", the last Sunday. An appointment not to be missed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. We showed up without booking and Serena was so kind and friendly to offer us a wine tasting of her excellent wines of which we purchased a few bottles. She also showed us the old caves and old olive press. Marvelous! Highly recommend!
