Federico ci ha guidato in un giro molto interessante e con le sue parole ci ha trasmesso lo studio, la passione e il rispetto per l'ambiente, che tutti mettono nella produzione di questi vini. Abbiamo fatto una piccola scorta per casa, senza tralasciare un assaggio di olio e un barattolino di crema di pomodori secchi. Tutta la linea 3S è molto interessante e il passito lascia il segno. A un passo da Roma, torneremo per uno degli eventi che periodicamente vengono organizzati! A very pleasant surprise today our visit to the company and the wine tasting, in a beautiful setting of early spring. Federico guided us on a very interesting tour and with his words he transmitted to us the study, passion and respect for the environment, which everyone puts into the production of these wines. We made a small stock around the house, without forgetting a taste of oil and a jar of sun-dried tomato cream. The whole 3S line is very interesting and the passito leaves its mark. One step away from Rome, we will return for one of the events that are periodically organized!

L’azienda Trebotti è riuscita a rispettare il meraviglioso territorio proponendo una fantastica esperienza all’insegna della scoperta dei loro ottimi prodotti! Accoglienza e tour da 10 e lode, stesso voto va ai loro vini che è possibile trovare in alcune enoteche e nei naturasì di Roma (io ho amato l’aleatico della linea 3S, Sostenibili Senza Solfiti) Non potete perdere le giornate che vengono organizzate dall’azienda. La cordiale accoglienza di Ludovico e il servizio di Federico hanno reso tutto molto interessante. Oltre all' aria pulita si respirava la passione, l impegno, il sacrificio e la determinazione che mettono nel lavoro ecosostenibile che portano a termine. Sono rimasta soddisfatta e incuriosita, sicuramente tornerò per degustare i vini che non erano previsti per questo evento! L allestimento per il pranzo e la degustazione nella cantina è stata una piacevole sorpresa come lo è stata la possibilità di assistente alla sboccatura dello spumante. Vini pazzeschi: - grechetto e rosé (Aleatico 3s - sostenibile senza solfiti) perfetti per la giornata solare di ieri come Brindisi alla primavera; - castiglionero interessante, deciso di livello certamente superiore per essere un vino base; - il famoso “Gocce” (nelle tre annate proposte in assaggio: 2018-2016-2011) avvolge il palato e corpo in un abbraccio intenso; Finire con la coccola del Bludom (aleatico passito) che da solo vale già l’intera esperienza! Non vedo l’ora di assaggiare il metodo classico ancestrale che ieri ho potuto acquistare direttamente in azienda. Giornata spettacolare! Da ripetere nelle varie esperienze proposte dall’azienda! Ringraziamo Ludovico (padrone di casa paziente ed entusiasmante per la passione che mette nel quotidiani) Federico (attento, preciso e gentile accompagnatore) e Veronica (new entry alla quale facciamo un grande in bocca a lupo) per averci fatto passare una splendida giornata. Spectacular reality of Tuscia where nature, wine, beauty, environment, sustainability, come together in a unicum. Crazy wines: - grechetto and rosé (Aleatico 3s - sustainable without sulphites) perfect for yesterday's solar day as a toast to spring; - interesting castiglionero, decided to certainly have a higher level for being a base wine; - the famous "Gocce" (in the three vintages proposed for tasting: 2018-2016-2011) envelops the palate and body in an intense embrace; Finish with the pampering of Bludom (aleatico passito) which alone is worth the whole experience! I can't wait to taste the classic ancestral method that I was able to buy directly from the company yesterday. Spectacular day! To be repeated in the various experiences proposed by the company! Everything in both the product and the production process has been engineered at an incredible level of detail to be both environmental friendly and awesome.

We had an amazing tour of the grounds, met the superstar Jane, and had an amazing lunch where we tasted some of the best wines that I have had from this region - my favorite being the 3S Sangiovese ! I highly recommend everyone visit Trebotti Winery! I only wish that I had purchased more wine - luckily we will be back in the region in July and will surely stop back at Trebotti!
