★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indescrivibile, ho preso un paio di hamburger fatti da loro e sono rimasto soddisfatto.. ma la sorpresa vera e propria l'ho trovata nelle fettine di manzo, tagliate lì sul momento, già dal colore e l'odore ho capito che si trattava di buona carne da allevamento non intensivo, saluto, porto a casa e inizio il mio rito... Una carne morbida, con un gusto di erbe che mi ricordava i vitelli di mio zio nella mia amata Sardegna! Veramente ottimo! Tornerò sempre e solo da loro! Qualità indiscutibile ❤
Indescribable, I took a couple of burgers made by them and I was satisfied .. but the real surprise I found in the slices of beef, cut there on the spot, already from the color and the smell I understood that it was good meat from non-intensive farming, I say hello, I take home and start my ritual ... A soft meat, with a taste of herbs that reminded me of my uncle's calves in my beloved Sardinia! Really great! I will always return only to them! Indisputable quality ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small family-owned shop carries an impressive quality of meats and cheeses. I went twice and each time I got two different family members: an older man, and a younger woman, Chiara. The customer service was outstanding both times. Though they speak some English, and I no Italian, we were able to communicate. They were so kind and both have a great sense of humor, like we were old friends. They are really generous allowing me to sample cheese before buying. They made excellent recommendations to pair with what I was serving. They made the whole experience fun for me. This is my new favorite local place to get my grass-fed, mountain-finished beef, and cheese.
