★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riccardo è certamente un professionista eccezionale nel momento in cui propone i suoi vini con gli abbinamenti più indicati. Personalmente, l'Adamantem, uno spumante di pinot nero al 100% (metodo charmat), per la sua struttura e delicatezza lo abbinerei a tutto pasto mentre il Quintino, un Rosso Oltrepò dalla struttura importante, non solo con un piatto di selvaggina ma, in determinati casi, anche come vino da meditazione, visti i 14,5 gradi dichiarati in bottiglia. Ottimi, poi, la bonarda e il pinot nero vinificato in bianco e, da non dimenticare, il moscato della zona di Volpara, il cui profumo inebriante ti invita ad accompagnare la pasticceria secca di qualità. Che dire? Un'azienda che lavora con questi standard di qualità merita tutti i miei elogi. Prosit!
 Riccardo is certainly an exceptional professional when he proposes his wines with the most suitable combinations. Personally, the Adamantem, a 100% pinot noir sparkling wine (charmat method), for its structure and delicacy I would combine it with any meal while the Quintino, a Rosso Oltrepò with an important structure, not only with a dish of game but, in certain cases, even as a meditation wine, given the 14.5 degrees declared in the bottle. Excellent, then, the bonarda and the pinot noir vinified in white and, not to be forgotten, the Moscato from the Volpara area, whose heady scent invites you to accompany the quality dry pastries. What to say? A company that works with these quality standards deserves all my praise. Prosit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vini straordinari e qualità eccellente, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente interessante. Pur propendendo per i bianchi (ottimi lo spumante e il pinot nero vinificato in bianco) anche la Bonarda è eccezionale. Il Quintino, invece, Rosso Oltrepò dalle caratteristiche importanti, lo gusterò appena calerà il caldo assieme ad un brasato di manzo o a un piatto a base di selvaggina: sono certa che non rimarrò delusa. Bravissimo Riccardo per l'ospitalità.
Extraordinary wines and excellent quality, with an absolutely interesting quality / price ratio. While leaning towards whites (excellent sparkling wine and pinot noir vinified in white) Bonarda is also exceptional. The Quintino, on the other hand, Rosso Oltrepò with important characteristics, I will taste it as soon as the heat drops together with a braised beef or a dish based on game: I'm sure I will not be disappointed. Riccardo very good for hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un estimatore di vini bianchi e devo dire che sia il Pinot nero che il Riesling sono favolosi. Quest'ultimo non ha nulla da invidiare a bottiglie blasonate...anzi credo che diventerà un piccolo orgoglio oltrepadano anch'esso tra i fruttati. Ottimo, non posso dare più di 5 stelle ne merita di più.
Anche il Quintino (rosso) è superiore ed il moscato è fatto alla maniera giusta, non stucchevole. Bravissimi !!! Consigliato con il cuore non rimarrete delusi.
I am a fan of white wines and I must say that both Pinot Noir and Riesling are fabulous. The latter has nothing to envy to noble bottles ... indeed I believe that it will become a small pride from Oltrepò also among the fruity ones. Great, can't give more than 5 stars it deserves more.
The Quintino (red) is also superior and the Moscato is made in the right way, not cloying. Very good !!! Recommended with the heart you will not be disappointed.
