★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne è di ottimo sapore ma poco frollata o solo Macerata sottovuoto , quindi risulta dura e fa molto liquido dopo la cottura .
The meat is of excellent flavor but not very dry or only vacuum-packed Macerata, so it is hard and very liquid after cooking.
