Wonderful!
The owner himself gave us a tour and walked us thtough the step-by-step, vine to bottle process. He is a very well-spoken man in english and was a delight to be around.
The quality of wine is incredible. For 25EU, you get a 2 hour tour, taste 5 different wines, and a very detailed explanation from the man himself on how to enjoy the said wines. Also, water, bread, salami, and prosciutto were included during the tasting.
The wine is excellent, if you are a fan of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Chianti, and Vermentino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time in 3 years! It's been difficult deciding to write a review, it's such a gem of a place to stay that I kind of want to keep it a secret. The family who own the vineyard are wonderful, they make you feel very welcome, a home from home!
The accommodation is clean, fresh, comfortable, set in the most beautiful surroundings. The gardens are very well maintained.
The pool area is the biggest attraction for my children, the views whilst sitting by the pool, are mine! I find it difficult to read by the pool as I am constantly drawn to the amazing views all around!
You must join Guiseppe on a tour of the Vineyard, well worth it and the wines are superb, especially the new Rosada!!!
Pizza night, bring your own toppings and have a pizza fired in the ancient outdoor oven, you will never have a nicer pizza!
The Tuscan evening gave us a real taste of true Tuscan food, and was delicious.
I hope that Fattoria Fibbiano will be our Summer Holiday destination for many years to come. I've fallen in love with the vineyard, family, food, scenery and would happily never leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place by sheer accident and left unreserved fans. Our wine tour was led by the owner Giuseppe. He coupled humor and charm with an incredible education of both the region and the wines they make. We had an amazing selection of wines served with meats and cheeses. All this coupled with beautiful vistas make this a “must see” in the region.
