vor zwei Wochen hatten wir eine klasse Weinprobe mit vorheriger Führung durch die Weinkeller und die Räume der Olivenpresse. Es war super interessant, viele Hintergrundinformationen und nach der Führung die leckere Weinprobe mit Brot, Käse, Schinken und Olivenöl.
Die 20 Euro pro Person war es in jedem Fall wert.
Auf diesem Weg nochmal herzlichen Dank, auch für die Erfüllung der Sonderwünsche (leere Flaschen für das gekaufte Olivenöl im Kanister).
Für dich und euer Weingut die besten Wünsche für die Zukunft.

Two weeks ago we had a great wine tasting with a previous tour of the wine cellar and the rooms of the olive press. It was super interesting, lots of background information and, after the tour, the delicious wine tasting with bread, cheese, ham and olive oil.
The 20 euros per person was well worth it.
On this way, many thanks again, also for fulfilling the special requests (empty bottles for the olive oil purchased in the canister).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottimo vino ma NON E' CHIANTI. trattasi di appropriazione forzata del marchio. Chianti è solo la zona geografica fra Firenze e Siena. Se l'area di produzione è la Valdera, allora dategli la donominazione di quella zona.
excellent wine but IT IS NOT CHIANTI. it is a matter of forced appropriation of the trademark. Chianti is only the geographical area between Florence and Siena. If the production area is Valdera, then give it the name of that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza degustazione vino e olio semplicemente fantastica. Siamo stati con la nostra famiglia( 2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli). Noi non siamo intenditori di vino ma abbiamo trovato il vino davvero delizioso e anche i prodotti locali serviti insieme ai vini davvero ottimo. Lo staff attento e paziente, hanno coccolato i nostri piccoli. Il posto bellissimo immerso tra le colline Pisane. Poco piu giu poi a Terriciola si trova una terrazza panoramica.
Simply fantastic wine and oil tasting experience. We stayed with our family (2 adults and 2 small children). We are not wine connoisseurs but we found the wine really delicious and also the local products served together with the wines really great. The attentive and patient staff pampered our little ones. The beautiful place nestled in the Pisan hills. A little further down then in Terriciola there is a panoramic terrace.

Siamo andati con amici spagnoli e visto che non era possibile fare la visita guidata, Antonietta ci ha fatto fare una deliziosa degustazione di vini, olio e formaggi e ci ha fatto conoscere la denominazione "Terre di Pisa". Per la degustazione, eravamo nella favolosa terrazza accanto della wineshop con le meravigliose viste sulle colline toscane. Abbiamo potuto assaggiare 1 bianco, 1 rosè e 3 rossi, sempre di nostra scelta. Poi ci consigliò di assaggiare il vin santo. Sempre accompagnati della spiegazione sul tipo di uva, la terra dove si coltiva e altri dettagli sull'etichetta, sulla simbologia e sulla storia di Badia di Morrona. Ovviamente, finiamo la degustazione comprando i vini che ci erano piaciuti di più. Grazie mille Antonietta e ritorneremo da sicuro!
Great place and attentive and friendly attention to the public. We went with Spanish friends and since it was not possible to take the guided tour, Antonietta gave us a delicious wine, oil and cheese tasting and introduced us to the name "Terre di Pisa". For the tasting, we were in the fabulous terrace next to the wineshop with the wonderful views over the Tuscan hills. We were able to taste 1 white, 1 rosé and 3 reds, always of our choice. Then he advised us to taste the vin santo. Always accompanied by an explanation of the type of grape, the land where it is grown and other details on the label, symbolism and history of Badia di Morrona. Obviously, we finish the tasting by buying the wines we liked the most. Thank you very much Antonietta and we will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called ahead for a wine and olive oil tour/tasting and it was fantastic! We got stuck in traffic and arrived much later than expected but they still accommodated us. The wine and the food was wonderful. It will be a beautiful memory for our family. Thank you

We had a really interesting tour around the property, showing us the wine making process with a tasting afterwards. The Spanish/Italian hostess was amazing, and the wines were no other than that.
Make sure to make a reservation beforehand if you want a tour. Otherwise for a tasting you can just walk in.
