Posizione eccellente in quanto si raggiunge facilmente città d'arte come Arezzo; situata ai piedi di Cortona, antica cittadina etrusca che offre paesaggi suggestivi e numerevoli ristoranti caratteristici. I proprietari sono persone squisite, accoglienti e molto disponibili! Vivamente consigliato!! Cozy, intimate, well-maintained and equipped to the smallest detail. Excellent location as it is easy to reach art cities like Arezzo; located at the foot of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town that offers evocative landscapes and countless characteristic restaurants. The owners are lovely, welcoming and very helpful people! Highly recommended !!

Die Möbel und Dekoration sind hochwertig und lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Es wurde an alles gedacht, einfach perfekt!! Uns hat es so gut gefallen das wir defenetiv wieder kommen werden! Il complesso è formato da 3 appartamenti (ognuno da 4 ospiti), due ampie verande, un prato molto curato quasi infinito e uno spazio piscina dotato di sdraio e ombrelloni. È presente una stanza esterna adibita a forno (che abbiamo utilizzato per grigliare più volte) e una a lavanderia. Esperienza fantastica, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Affittando tutto il complesso si avrà assoluta privacy, libertà e si potrà godere di tutta la “fattoria” a pieno. Affittando solo un appartamento immagino che si dovranno condividere gli spazi comuni (verande, prato, piscina, lavanderia e forno) Ogni appartamento è dotato di lenzuola, asciugamani (sia per la cura personale sia per la piscina), phon e aria condizionata. Consiglio assolutamente, ripeterei senz’altro il soggiorno. One week vacation with 11 friends, we rented the whole complex. The complex consists of 3 apartments (each for 4 guests), two large verandas, an almost infinite well-kept lawn and a swimming pool area equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. There is an outdoor room used as an oven (which we used to grill several times) and a laundry room. Fantastic experience, very nice and helpful owners. By renting the whole complex you will have absolute privacy, freedom and you will be able to enjoy the whole "farm" to the full. By renting only an apartment, I imagine that you will have to share the common areas (verandas, lawn, swimming pool, laundry and oven) Each apartment is equipped with sheets, towels (both for personal care and for the pool), hairdryer and air conditioning. I absolutely recommend, I would certainly repeat the stay.

Ottima l'insonorizzazione, anche se si trova vicino a una strada a bassa percorrenza, il riposo è garantito. Stupenda la piscina, con gli idromassaggi e l'illuminazione notturna, è circondata da un prato estremamente curato. E' da apprezzare la cura e la bellezza degli arredamenti. Ulteriore valore aggiunto è la gentilezza e professionalità di Patrizia e Stefano. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto alta. I stayed in an extremely comfortable apartment on two floors: air-conditioned rooms, two bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, electric hob. Excellent soundproofing, even if it is located near a low-traffic road, rest is guaranteed. The swimming pool, with whirlpools and night lighting, is surrounded by an extremely well-kept lawn. The care and beauty of the furnishings is to be appreciated. Another added value is the kindness and professionalism of Patrizia and Stefano. Very high quality / price ratio.

De locatie is rustig gelegen en met 5 minuten sta je in het centrum van Camucia en met 10 minuten in Cortona. De stad cortona heeft een prachtige liggen op de berg. De eigenaren Stefano en Patricia zorgen dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. We zijn zelfs verwend met heerlijke lokale lekkernijen. De kinderen vonden het leuk om 's avonds de dieren op de boerderij te verzorgen. Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug! What a fantastic holiday we had at Fattoria del nonno berto. Our stay was super clean, modern and fully equipped. The location is quiet and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Camucia and in 10 minutes in Cortona. The town of Cortona has a beautiful location on the mountain. The owners Stefano and Patricia ensure that you lack nothing. We are even spoiled with delicious local delicacies. The children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the farm in the evenings. We will definitely come back next year!
A	Alfred Hager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patricia and Stefano were fantastic hosts and gave their all to make my 4-week stay an unforgettable time in wonderful Tuscany. The Fattoria is located in close distance to beautiful Cortona town, most of the exciting countryside and cultural highlights of the region can easily be explored in daytrips. The appartment as well as the whole facility are well kept, clean and in very good condition, an extra mentioning goes to the swimming pool area - super comfortable pool furniture and a lovely place to relax and enjoy sunny days. Bedrooms and the living room area are air-conditioned , water supply and showers are in good shape and WIFI was accesible in all areas of the location. Last but not least, make sure to ask Stefano for a selection of his home made range of typical Tuscan cold cuts and help yourself to the best basil from the trough next to the carport - it has the richest smell and the taste is just incredible.
