Chi non lo capisce e non si accontenta, chi non sa cosa significhi "fare la spesa" dalla Natura, allora si merita il supermercato, con i pomodori che sanno di cartone. Inoltre, mi hanno aperto il cuore e la mente a culture gastronomiche lontane come quella giapponese. Consiglio a tutti di fare un salto da loro perché sono convinta che saprete apprezzate la loro dedizione alla terra e al cibo come esperienza dell'anima. Qui non solo si impara ad acquistare ma anche a conoscere ciò che si mangia, dalla terra al piatto. Molto spesso è possibile trovare anche verdure, preparazioni gastronomiche e dolcetti tipicamente orientali (giapponesi) grazie al fattore e al suo amore x la cucina e l'oriente.
