In particolare il Sig. Claudio, si distingue per affabilità, esperienza, competenza, passione e onestà.
Mi rivolgerò infatti sempre a lui.
Essendo Volkswagen, i prezzi sono chiaramente più alti rispetto ad altri centri assistenza.
Nota dolente e personalmente non trascurabile dato il periodo, ci sono dipendenti, in particolare una, che non indossano mai la mascherina nonostante gli uffici siano un luogo chiuso.
Mi domando cosa occorra ancora affinché ne si comprenda la necessità.

Being Volkswagen, the prices are clearly higher than in other service centers.
Sore point and personally not negligible given the period, there are employees, in particular one, who never wear a mask despite the offices being a closed place.
I wonder what is still needed in order to understand the necessity.
