★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza ombra di dubbio uno dei migliori posti, su Bari, dove mangiare carne! La qualità dei tagli è indiscutibilmente fantastica e la conferma la si ha al primo boccone. Oltre le fantastiche bisteccone di diversa qualità e tempo di frollatura, anche la sezione dedicata ai tagli affumicati o quelli cotti lentamente a bassa temperatura, sono tanta roba.
La carne è, certamente, il fiore all'occhiello di questo posto ma anche i primi sono tanta roba e sono eseguiti magistralmente. In questo locale ho assaggiato una delle migliori paste alla carbonara che abbia mai mangiato, se non la migliore. Eseguita magistralmente! Fantastici anche gli antipasti ( consiglio vivamente i lollipop di caciocavallo e mortadella e la tartare) e i dolci. Ottima anche la selezione di vini e la possibilità di abbinare cocktail (in pieno stile USA).
Posto che va assolutamente provato se si vuol fare una bella mangiata di carna di qualità!
 Without a doubt one of the best places in Bari to eat meat! The quality of the cuts is unquestionably fantastic and the confirmation is given at the first bite. In addition to the fantastic steaks of different quality and maturation time, even the section dedicated to smoked cuts or those cooked slowly at low temperature, are a lot of stuff.
Meat is, of course, the pride of this place but also the first courses are a lot of stuff and are masterfully executed. In this place I tasted one of the best carbonara pasta I've ever eaten, if not the best. Masterfully executed! The appetizers are also fantastic (I highly recommend the caciocavallo and mortadella lollipops and the tartare) and the desserts. Also excellent is the selection of wines and the possibility of pairing cocktails (in full US style).
A place that must be tried if you want to have a good meal of quality meat!

Come detto posto accogliente, staff di sala gentile e professionale, preparato nella spiegazione del menù food dove potrete spaziare dalle costate di carne ad altri tagli preparati con diversi tipi di cottura dal team di cucina e il suo chef Fabio a primi piatti e contorni gustosi e prelibati il tutto accompagnato da diverse etichette di birra e vino.
Complimenti al gestore che ha saputo organizzare staff di sala e di cucina e scelta dei prodotti di alta qualità per il suo locale.
Consigliatissimo ci ritornerò sicuramente con altri amici!!!!!

As said, welcoming place, friendly and professional dining room staff, prepared in the explanation of the food menu where you can range from ribs of meat to other cuts prepared with different types of cooking by the kitchen team and its chef Fabio to tasty first courses and side dishes. delicious all accompanied by different labels of beer and wine.
Congratulations to the manager who was able to organize dining and kitchen staff and the choice of high quality products for his restaurant.
Highly recommended I will definitely return with other friends !!!!!

Di sicuro è il nuovo punto di riferimento per mangiare (soprattutto) della carne di un certo livello! Bruschette con pulled pork da leccarsi i baffi così come le ribs con una salsina spettacolare! Top anche la cheesecake al caramello salato! Tutti i piatti erano meravigliosi, non vedo l'ora di assaggiare gli altri piatti del menu! Top!!!
Really a pleasant discovery !!! All really excellent quality, care in the presentation of the dishes and extreme friendliness of the staff. It is certainly the new benchmark for eating (above all) high-quality meat! Bruschetta with pulled pork to lick your mustache as well as ribs with a spectacular sauce! The salted caramel cheesecake is also top! All dishes were wonderful, can't wait to taste the other dishes on the menu! Top!!!

The starters were great and for those who think this is not a place for a vegetarian you could not be more wrong, many of the dishes in the starter menu were vegetarian and absolutely delicious! The pulled pork and the beef ribs were finger licking good! Highly recommend this place, great value for money! Bonus even the playlist that they had was groovy. I could not ask more from a restaurant! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate here Thursday evening with my girlfriend, the place is very linear, minimal and comfortable. The meat is amazing, I suggest the pulled pork with vegetables as the appetizer, half of amber beer and pork ribs of course (the bests that I ate till now). I also tried the Picanha and it had a wonderful flavor. Last thing: excellent quality/price.
