Activation carried out excellent coverage with mobile phone, and at home good rate with only € 25.95 per month I have fiber and no contractual obligations. T	Tom Urbina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco professionale, 1-si sono dimenticati di ridarmi i miei documenti e gli ho avuti dopo 5 giorni dopo con la scusa che me avevano chiamato ma nessuno aveva risposto, (chiamate perse da loro, zero). 2- Quando vado a riprenderli, mi dicono che manca la fotocopia di un altro documento e la mia praticano e stata avviata proprio peche manca un documento che dovevano chiedermi dal primo giorni, 3- mezz'ora dopo mi mandano un SMS dicendo che il mio Iban e sbagliato, (ca'z''!! Non mi lo potevi dire mentre sono in negozio?). 4- chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni al riguardo ed eventualmente rimandare l'Iban, mi dicono che l'iban della Postepay evolution che avevano preso 5 giorni fa tra l'altro, non è accettato per avviare la pratica. Porco cane!! Perché non mi lo dici prima, e non mi fai perdere tempo? Tutto ciò vuol dire che non sapete fare il vostro lavoro in questo negozio. Ricomponetevi e forse avrete più clienti in futuro. Unprofessional staff, 1-they forgot to give me back my documents and I had them 5 days later with the excuse that they had called me but nobody had answered, (calls lost by them, zero). 2- When I go to take them back, they tell me that missing a copy of another document and my practice and started their own peche missing a document that had to ask from the first days, 3- half an hour later they send me a text message saying that my Iban is wrong, (ca'z '' !! Couldn't you tell me while I'm in the store?). 4- I call to ask for explanations in this regard and eventually send the IBAN back, they tell me that the Postepay evolution iban that they had taken 5 days ago among other things, is not accepted to start the practice. Pig dog !! Why don't you tell me before, and you don't waste my time? All this means that you don't know how to do your job in this store. Get together again and maybe you will have more customers in the future.
