★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls there are nice but!!!! I did the contract by phone and they sent me 2 sims. So they started charging me the double even if I didnt use one of the sims. Went there to solve the problem and the guy said fastweb have to give me money back but for that I need to write a letter by hand (like I'm shakespear -.-) and send it and a whole process. Why they make it so easy to create an account to start stealing from my credit card but so hard to stop this? Well you might guess why! Fastweb I recommend for home. I have the plan for 30 euros every 2 months or smt like that and it goes well... but phone? nah! bye!

She helped me, giving me free instruction and technical support even though I was not a Fastweb customer (Which I definitely plan to be in my next visit).
