Essendo indecisa su cosa comprare la commessa mi ha aiutata nella scelta ed è stata molto gentile ed esaustiva nelle spiegazioni delle varie caratteristiche dei cellulari. I went there yesterday afternoon to ask for a plan to change my phone. The staff is very kind and helpful. I received clear and detailed information like never before. Mi sono affidato a questo punto vendita dove ho piacevolmente scoperto un seriata' e competenza del mercato telefonico unita ad un efficenza sin dalla stipula del contratto alla attivazione della linea del tecnico a casa ( passati solo 2gg). Il titolare mi ha offerto diverse soluzioni ma una volta venuto a conoscenza delle mie esigenze mi ha consigliato il gestore più appropriato, senza badare al prodotto da spingere cosa che in altri negozi e ormai prassi attuare. Sono stato contattato tramite mail sull'esito dell'avvenuta attivazione dal titolare del punto vendita (sig. Ramiro). Ottima persona !! Da consigliare a chiunque !! Molto soddisfatto. A few days ago I activated a home internet line. I relied on this store where I pleasantly discovered a series and competence of the telephone market combined with an efficiency from the signing of the contract to the activation of the technician's line at home (only 2 days passed). The owner offered me various solutions but once he became aware of my needs he advised me on the most appropriate manager, regardless of the product to be pushed, which in other shops is now a practice. I was contacted by email on the outcome of the activation by the owner of the store (Mr. Ramiro). Great person !! To recommend to anyone !! Very satisfied.
