★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo vari tentativi di risolvere la mia problematica telefonicamente mi sono recata di persona nel negozio di Viale Europa dove l’efficienza è stata altissima… si sono veramente fatti carico della mia problematica, mi hanno dato fiducia e infatti… hanno risolto in pochi minuti!!!!
Un particolare ringraziamento a Paolo per la sua competenza, gentilezza e velocità!
 After several attempts to solve my problem by phone, I went in person to the shop in Viale Europa where the efficiency was very high ... they really took care of my problem, they trusted me and in fact ... they solved it in a few minutes !! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema per l'attivazione della linea internet con un'offerta speciale, nemmeno il 146 riusciva ad aiutarmi. Sono andata direttamente in negozio e in pochissime ore Paolo è venuto a capo del problema, con estrema cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità. Un' attenzione al cliente mai ricevuta da nessun'altra parte!
I had a problem activating the internet line with a special offer, not even 146 could help me. I went directly to the shop and in a few hours Paolo came to the head of the problem, with extreme courtesy, availability and professionalism. An attention to the customer never received anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo cambiare casa e trasferire il mio abbonamento, mi sono recato 10 giorni fa nel negozio di viale Europa. Qui, con l'aiuto e la cortesia di Alessandro, ho risolto in 20 minuti. Nuovo abbonamento ( con disattivazione del vecchio) e attivazione del nuovo 5g già effettuata. Molto, molto bene.
Having to move house and transfer my season ticket, I went to the shop in Viale Europa 10 days ago. Here, with Alessandro's help and courtesy, I solved it in 20 minutes. New subscription (with deactivation of the old one) and activation of the new 5g already carried out. Very very good.

I was for the first time in this store to deactivate a Sim card. I was followed by Mr. Alessandro who was: VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PREPARED ON EVERYTHING. THANK YOU SO MUCH BECAUSE LASTLY, UNFORTUNATELY, IT'S NOT ABSOLUTELY EASY TO FIND SO CUTE AND AVAILABLE STAFF. Federica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mio marito si è recato nello store per prendere informazioni dato che volevamo cambiare gestore. nello stesso giorno siamo ritornati insieme e Alessandro, preposto alla vendita, mi ha gentilmente rispiegato tutto in maniera eccezionalmente chiara. mi ha colpito anche la segnalazione del fatto che per un mese avrei dovuto pagare per il fisso sia il vecchio gestore che fastweb. non tutti l'avrebbero fatto!!insomma gentilissimi, chiarissimi ed invitanti. abbiamo quindi comprato offerta per il fisso e per ben 3 cellulari che avevamo con lo stesso gestore da più di 20 anni. Bravi!!!
my husband went to the store to get information as we wanted to change manager. on the same day we got back together and Alessandro, the sales manager, kindly explained everything to me in an exceptionally clear way. I was also struck by the fact that for a month I would have to pay both the old operator and fastweb for landlines. not everyone would have done it !! in short, very kind, very clear and inviting. we therefore bought an offer for the landline and for 3 mobile phones that we had with the same operator for more than 20 years. Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo estremamente dispiaciuti di aver dovuto interrompere il rapporto con voi per via della vendita dell'appartamento dove è installata questa linea, soprattutto perché non avremo più modo di poter usufruire della professionalità, della cortesia e della disponibilità del personale del negozio Fastweb di Viale Europa a Roma, dove abbiamo conosciuto Alessandro, che è stato impagabile in tutti questi anni.
Quando cesserà il rapporto con l'attuale gestore della mia linea di casa passerò certamente con voi soltanto per poter essere seguita da una persona competente come lui. Grazie.
