Ho trovato due persone in ufficio vuoto, ma anche avendo disponibilità di tempo per spiegare le condizioni di servizio Fast Web, e suoi vantaggi, non erano interessati per niente)). Ho fatto sacco di domande per capire i dettagli e costi. Non erano neanche gentile, non dico di fare un sorriso almeno una volta)) Ho dato il documento per fare contratto, poi pensando che se avrò qualche domanda o il problema, devo cominciare con questa freddezza e faccia lunga ogni volta che vengo qua. Ho cambiata idea, cerco altro gestore, dove il personale insegnato essere più ospitale con suoi clienti... Ho visitato il giorno 5 giugno alle ore 17:00 I came to the office in Corso Milano to switch from TIM to Fast Web. Richiesto una nuova linea internet la quale è stata attivata in tempi record. Ringrazio il ragazzo che mi ha seguito con tanta pazienza. Consiglio vivamente di attivare la linea in questo negozio dove mi hanno seguito in tutto e per tutto senza mai lasciarmi in balia di call center e bot meccanici. Top girls! COMPLIMENTI, è esattamente questo modo di fare che fidelizza totalmente il cliente sia al brand ma soprattutto allo store ed alla persona di riferimento. l	luca g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e cortesia nell'ascoltare le esigenze del cliente contraddistinguono questo negozio, hanno risolto in poco tempo il mio problema che non era specificatamente da addebitare a Fast web ma ad altre criticità e tramite il loro intervento consultando un tecnico specializzato da loro contattato hanno risolto nel migliore dei modi il problema, ora tutto funziona perfettamente. Fare contratti sono bravi tutti, è quando ci sono i problemi che si vede la professionalità delle persone ! Grazie Matilde e a tutto lo staff Fast Web di Corso Milano.
